Abstract

A heater-mounting structure of a dish washer includes a sump housing for storing a washing water inside, and a heater disposed inside the sump housing. A heating portion of a heater is disposed inside the sump housing and bent at least one times.

Claims

1. A heater-mounting structure of a dishwasher, comprising;

a sump housing for storing a washing water; and

a heater disposed inside the sump housing.

2. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the sump housing includes a heater receiving portion for receiving a heater.

3. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the heater receiving portion is a hole with a predetermined depth and area enough to receive the heater.

4. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the heater receiving portion is disposed in a lower portion of the sump housing.

5. A heater-mounting structure of a dishwasher, comprising;

a sump housing for storing a washing water;

a heater inserted into the sump housing; and

a washing motor installed in a lower portion of the sump housing.

6. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein a heater insertion hole is formed on a sidewall of the sump housing.

7. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein the heater includes a heating portion and a sealing case formed on an end portion of the heating portion.

8. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 7, wherein the heating portion is inserted into the sump housing.

9. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein the heater includes a tightening member for fixing the heater to the sump housing.

10. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 9, wherein the tightening member closely attaches the heater to the sump housing by pressing a pre-determined portion of the heater.

11. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 9, wherein the tightening member fixes the heater by pressing a predetermined portion of the heater after inserting the heater.

12. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein the sump housing includes a heater receiving portion in which the heater is received, the heater receiving portion having a predetermined depth and area enough to store the a washing water.

13. The heater-mounting structure according to claim 5, wherein the heater is bent several times, and a center of the heating portion has a little wider interval to prevent the interference with a motor shaft of the washing motor.

14. A heater mounted in a dishwasher washing dishes received therein, the dishwasher having a washing motor with a motor shaft and a sump housing for storing a washing water, wherein a heating portion of the heater is disposed inside the sump housing and is bent at least one times.

15. The heater according to claim 14, wherein the heating portion is spaced apart from the motor shaft by a predetermined distance.

16. The heater according to claim 14, wherein a center of the heating portion becomes wider towards outside.

17. The heater according to claim 14, wherein a sealing case is mounted on the end portion of the heating portion.
