- matching electronic content to a plurality of destinations based on one or more criteria;
assigning demand indices to each of the plurality of destinations based upon a determined value of the destination to the electronic content;
determining an order of the plurality of destinations based on the demand indices; and
transmitting the electronic content to at least one of the destinations in a manner giving priority based upon the determined order.
