1. An optical display filter comprising:
- a transparent substrate; and
a multi-layer stack disposed on the substrate, the stack having at least two dyads, wherein at least one of the dyads is composed of;
an electrically-conductive layer; and
a transparent organic layer with a refractive index greater than 1.49;
wherein the electrically-conductive layer of at least one dyad is in contact with the substrate, wherein the multi-layer stack disposed on the substrate has an average reflection of less than 8% of actinic radiation between the wavelengths of 450 nm and 650 nm, an average light transmission is greater than 40% between the wavelengths of 450 nm and 650 nm, and an average electromagnetic interference shielding of at least 10 dB for frequencies in a range of 100 MHz to 1 GHz.
