Claims

1. A device comprising:

one or more substrates;

one or more light sources operably associated with the one or more substrates; and

one or more photolyzable nitric oxide donors operably associated with the one or more light sources.

9. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more light permeable substrates.

10. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more adhesives.

15. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more sensors.

16. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more sensors that are configured to detect nitric oxide.

18. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more sensors that are configured to detect one or more nitric oxide donors.

19. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more status indicators.

20. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more light sources operably associated with the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more light emitters.

21. The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more light sources operably associated with the one or more substrates comprise:

one or more power supplies.

one or more photolyzable nitric oxide donors that include one or more diazeniumdiolates.

one or more photolyzable nitric oxide donors that are associated with one or more quantum dots.
