1. An assembly failure prevention device used in an assembling process of assembling an assembly member onto a belt member by inserting the belt member into the assembly members having insertion holes for inserting the belt member, comprising:

  • a support body for supporting a specific assembly member, of plural types of the assembly members having outer shapes different from each other, in a state allowing the belt member to pass through the insertion hole,guide means for guiding the support body to a predetermined position that is the position on the passing track of the belt member at the time of passing the belt member into the insertion hole, andfirst regulating means for preventing the support body to move to the insertion position when a wrong assembly member different from the specific member has been mounted on the support body.
