Abstract

The method and system of merges user-supplied electronic content with relevant ads based upon relevancy factors discerned form the ads and the content. Further, profiles and session histories of user-visitors are monitored and ad relevancy factors discerned form the profiles and session histories are employed to obtain user-relevant ads. The content relevant ads and user relevant ads are inserted into a preformed web page in addition to the user-supplied content. A revenue splitting module shares the ad referral or sales revenue from the click throughs to advertiser designated web sites. The relevancy factors relate to one or more of the supplied content, the user who uploaded the content, the user profile (previously input by the user), current session history, past session history, the user-group profiles and any user referral source. A comparator matches relevancy factors and ads. Ad selection by category, hierarchical or orthogonal match and high pay referral fees.

Claims

1. A method of merging electronic content from a user with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages comprising:

maintaining said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and a default pre-formatted web page, each pre-formatted web page associated with one or more advertisements and each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

said user,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source;

matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data;

merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements having matching relevancy factors and ad relational data; and

publishing the merged web page with user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at an assigned Internet address.

A method of merging electronic content as claimed in claim 1 including a plurality of users supply a plurality of electronic content, the method including publishing the resulting plurality of merged web pages with said plurality of user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at respective assigned Internet addresses, each unique to said plurality of electronic content but having the same server address which subsumes each respective assigned Internet address.

3. A method of merging electronic content as claimed in claim 1 wherein determining said one or more relevancy factors includes determining the relevancy of at least the supplied content by analysis of one or more of:

supplied content source,

supplied content originator or creator,

a time of creation of said supplied content,

a geographic location of creation of said supplied content, and

a semantic content of said supplied content.

4. A method of merging electronic content as claimed in claim 1 wherein matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data includes one or more of:

a hierarchical-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data,

an orthogonal-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data, and

a semantically-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data.

A method of merging electronic content as claimed in claim 1 wherein said matching includes determining an absence of a match between said one or more relevancy factors and said ad relational data, and, in the absence of said match, merging said default pre-formed web page with one or more default advertisements, the merged default web page being published with said one or more default advertisements.

A method of merging electronic content as claimed in claim 1 wherein said user is an initial content provider and said user is one a plurality of users, others of said plurality of users supplying supplemental electronic content as supplemental content providers for said merged web page, the method including:

repeating the determination of one or more relevancy factors for said supplemental content and repeating the matching of relevancy factors with said ad relational data; and

merging said supplemental content with further advertisements matching relevancy factors and ad relational data and said merged web page; and

republishing the supplementally merged web page at said assigned Internet address.

7. A method of sharing revenue with a user supplying electronic content wherein the user supplied electronic content is merged with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages comprising:

maintaining said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and a default pre-formatted web page, each pre-formatted web page associated with one or more advertisements and each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith, each advertisement including an ad display and a hyperlink to an advertiser designated web site;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

said user,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source;

matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data and merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements based upon the match, resulting in a merged web page with user supplied content, relational advertisements, corresponding ad displays and hyperlinks;

publishing the merged web page on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

tracking associated sales referral fees made via said corresponding ad display and hyperlink; and

,

sharing said associated sales referral fees with said user supplying said electronic content based upon a predetermined formula accounting for one or more of;

the supplied content,

frequency of other user supplied content,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source.

A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 7 including a plurality of users supply a plurality of electronic content, the method including publishing the resulting plurality of merged web pages with said plurality of user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at respective assigned Internet addresses, each unique to said plurality of electronic content but having the same server address which subsumes each respective assigned Internet address.

9. A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 7 wherein determining said one or more relevancy factors includes determining the relevancy of at least the supplied content by analysis of one or more of:

supplied content source,

supplied content originator or creator,

a time of creation of said supplied content,

a geographic location of creation of said supplied content, and

a semantic content of said supplied content.

10. A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 7 wherein matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data includes one or more of:

a hierarchical-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data,

an orthogonal-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data, and

a semantically-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data.

A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 7 wherein said matching includes determining an absence of a match between said one or more relevancy factors and said ad relational data, and, in the absence of said match, merging said default pre-formed web page with one or more default advertisements, the merged default web page being published with said one or more default advertisements.

A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 7 wherein said user is an initial content provider and said user is one a plurality of users, others of said plurality of users supplying supplemental electronic content as supplemental content providers for said merged web page, the method including:

repeating the determination of one or more relevancy factors for said supplemental content and repeating the matching of relevancy factors with said ad relational data; and

merging said supplemental content with further advertisements matching relevancy factors and ad relational data and said merged web page; and

republishing the supplementally merged web page at said assigned Internet address.

A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 7 wherein said user is one of a plurality for users and said user is a content provider, others of said plurality of users are commentary providers who view and comment of said content provider content located on said merged web page, and wherein the sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said comments of said commentary providers.

14. A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 13 wherein said comments from said commentary providers include a quality ranking of said content on said merged web page.

15. A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 14 wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for views by said plurality of users of said merged web page.

A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 13 wherein said content provider supplies additional electronic content which is processed into additional merged web pages at additional assigned Internet addresses, wherein all assigned Internet addresses are subsumed by a singular server Internet address, and wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said additional electronic content supplied by said content provider.

17. A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 16 wherein accounting for said frequency of other user supplied content includes accounting for said additional electronic content supplied by said content provider.

18. A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content wherein the user supplied electronic content is merged with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages and the preview is distributed to third party Internet web sites comprising:

maintaining said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and one or more advertisements, each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith and an ad display and a hyperlink to an advertiser designated web site;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors for the supplied content and said user;

matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data and merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements based upon the match, resulting in a merged web page with user supplied content, relational advertisements, corresponding ad displays and hyperlinks;

publishing the merged web page on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

creating a preview of said electronic content supplied by said user based upon one of;

a thumbnail image of said electronic content,

a snippit of said electronic content,

a quote from said electronic content, and

a descriptor supplied by said user supplying said electronic content; and

,

adding to said preview a hyperlink to said assigned Internet address for said merged web page;

publishing said preview to said third party Internet web sites.

19. A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 18 including:

tracking associated sales referral fees made via said corresponding ad display and hyperlink; and

,

sharing said associated sales referral fees with said user supplying said electronic content based upon a predetermined formula.

20. A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 19 wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees accounts for one or more of:

the supplied content,

frequency of other user supplied content,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source.

A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 19 including a plurality of users supply a plurality of electronic content, the method including publishing the resulting plurality of merged web pages with said plurality of user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at respective assigned Internet addresses, each unique to said plurality of electronic content but having the same server address which subsumes each respective assigned Internet address.

22. A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 19 wherein matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data includes one or more of:

a hierarchical-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data,

an orthogonal-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data, and

a semantically-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data.

A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 19 wherein said user is one of a plurality for users and said user is a content provider, others of said plurality of users are commentary providers who view and comment of said content provider content located on said merged web page, and wherein the sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said comments of said commentary providers in said predetermined formula.

24. A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 23 wherein said comments from said commentary providers include a quality ranking of said content on said merged web page.

25. A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 24 wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for views by said plurality of users of said merged web page in said predetermined formula.

A method of previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content as claimed in claim 23 wherein said content provider supplies additional electronic content which is processed into additional merged web pages at additional assigned Internet addresses, wherein all assigned Internet addresses are subsumed by a singular server Internet address, and wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said additional electronic content supplied by said content provider in said predetermined formula.

27. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions for merging electronic content from a user with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages, the programming instructions comprising:

maintaining said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and a default pre-formatted web page, each pre-formatted web page associated with one or more advertisements and each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

said user,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source;

matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data;

merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements having matching relevancy factors and ad relational data; and

publishing the merged web page with user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at an assigned Internet address.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 27 including a plurality of users supply a plurality of electronic content, the method including publishing the resulting plurality of merged web pages with said plurality of user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at respective assigned Internet addresses, each unique to said plurality of electronic content but having the same server address which subsumes each respective assigned Internet address.

29. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 27 wherein determining said one or more relevancy factors includes determining the relevancy of at least the supplied content by analysis of one or more of:

supplied content source,

supplied content originator or creator,

a time of creation of said supplied content,

a geographic location of creation of said supplied content, and

a semantic content of said supplied content.

30. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 27 wherein matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data includes one or more of:

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 27 wherein said matching includes determining an absence of a match between said one or more relevancy factors and said ad relational data, and, in the absence of said match, merging said default pre-formed web page with one or more default advertisements, the merged default web page being published with said one or more default advertisements.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 27 wherein said user is an initial content provider and said user is one a plurality of users, others of said plurality of users supplying supplemental electronic content as supplemental content providers for said merged web page, the method including:

repeating the determination of one or more relevancy factors for said supplemental content and repeating the matching of relevancy factors with said ad relational data; and

merging said supplemental content with further advertisements matching relevancy factors and ad relational data and said merged web page; and

republishing the supplementally merged web page at said assigned Internet address.

33. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions for sharing revenue with a user supplying electronic content wherein the user supplied electronic content is merged with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages, the programming instructions comprising:

maintaining said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and a default pre-formatted web page, each pre-formatted web page associated with one or more advertisements and each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith, each advertisement including an ad display and a hyperlink to an advertiser designated web site;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

said user,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source;

matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data and merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements based upon the match, resulting in a merged web page with user supplied content, relational advertisements, corresponding ad displays and hyperlinks;

publishing the merged web page on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

tracking associated sales referral fees made via said corresponding ad display and hyperlink; and

,

sharing said associated sales referral fees with said user supplying said electronic content based upon a predetermined formula accounting for one or more of;

the supplied content,

frequency of other user supplied content,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 33 including a plurality of users supply a plurality of electronic content, the method including publishing the resulting plurality of merged web pages with said plurality of user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at respective assigned Internet addresses, each unique to said plurality of electronic content but having the same server address which subsumes each respective assigned Internet address.

35. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 33 wherein determining said one or more relevancy factors includes determining the relevancy of at least the supplied content by analysis of one or more of:

supplied content source,

supplied content originator or creator,

a time of creation of said supplied content,

a geographic location of creation of said supplied content, and

a semantic content of said supplied content.

36. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 33 wherein matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data includes one or more of:

a hierarchical-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data,

an orthogonal-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data, and

a semantically-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 33 wherein said matching includes determining an absence of a match between said one or more relevancy factors and said ad relational data, and, in the absence of said match, merging said default pre-formed web page with one or more default advertisements, the merged default web page being published with said one or more default advertisements.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 33 wherein said user is an initial content provider and said user is one a plurality of users, others of said plurality of users supplying supplemental electronic content as supplemental content providers for said merged web page, the method including:

repeating the determination of one or more relevancy factors for said supplemental content and repeating the matching of relevancy factors with said ad relational data; and

merging said supplemental content with further advertisements matching relevancy factors and ad relational data and said merged web page; and

republishing the supplementally merged web page at said assigned Internet address.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 33 wherein said user is one of a plurality for users and said user is a content provider, others of said plurality of users are commentary providers who view and comment of said content provider content located on said merged web page, and wherein the sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said comments of said commentary providers.

40. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 39 wherein said comments from said commentary providers include a quality ranking of said content on said merged web page.

41. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 40 wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for views by said plurality of users of said merged web page.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 39 wherein said content provider supplies additional electronic content which is processed into additional merged web pages at additional assigned Internet addresses, wherein all assigned Internet addresses are subsumed by a singular server Internet address, and wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said additional electronic content supplied by said content provider.

43. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 42 wherein accounting for said frequency of other user supplied content includes accounting for said additional electronic content supplied by said content provider.

44. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions for previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content wherein the user supplied electronic content is merged with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages and the preview is distributed to third party Internet web sites, the programming instructions comprising:

maintaining said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and one or more advertisements, each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith and an ad display and a hyperlink to an advertiser designated web site;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors for the supplied content and said user;

matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data and merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements based upon the match, resulting in a merged web page with user supplied content, relational advertisements, corresponding ad displays and hyperlinks;

publishing the merged web page on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

creating a preview of said electronic content supplied by said user based upon one of;

a thumbnail image of said electronic content,

a snippit of said electronic content,

a quote from said electronic content, and

a descriptor supplied by said user supplying said electronic content; and

,

adding to said preview a hyperlink to said assigned Internet address for said merged web page;

publishing said preview to said third party Internet web sites.

45. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 44 including:

tracking associated sales referral fees made via said corresponding ad display and hyperlink; and

,

sharing said associated sales referral fees with said user supplying said electronic content based upon a predetermined formula.

46. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 45 wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees accounts for one or more of:

the supplied content,

frequency of other user supplied content,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 45 including a plurality of users supply a plurality of electronic content, the method including publishing the resulting plurality of merged web pages with said plurality of user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at respective assigned Internet addresses, each unique to said plurality of electronic content but having the same server address which subsumes each respective assigned Internet address.

48. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 45 wherein matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data includes one or more of:

a hierarchical-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data,

an orthogonal-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data, and

a semantically-based analysis of relevancy factors and ad relational data.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 45 wherein said user is one of a plurality for users and said user is a content provider, others of said plurality of users are commentary providers who view and comment of said content provider content located on said merged web page, and wherein the sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said comments of said commentary providers in said predetermined formula.

50. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 49 wherein said comments from said commentary providers include a quality ranking of said content on said merged web page.

51. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 50 wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for views by said plurality of users of said merged web page in said predetermined formula.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions as claimed in claim 49 wherein said content provider supplies additional electronic content which is processed into additional merged web pages at additional assigned Internet addresses, wherein all assigned Internet addresses are subsumed by a singular server Internet address, and wherein said sharing of said associated sales referral fees includes accounting for said additional electronic content supplied by said content provider in said predetermined formula.

53. An information processing system for merging electronic content from a user with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages comprising:

a server storing said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and a default pre-formatted web page, each pre-formatted web page associated with one or more advertisements and each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith;

a relevancy engine determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

said user,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source;

a comparator matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data;

a compiler merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements having matching relevancy factors and ad relational data; and

said server having a publisher for placing the merged web page with user supplied content and relational advertisements on the Internet at an assigned Internet address.

54. An information processing system for sharing revenue with a user supplying electronic content wherein the user supplied electronic content is merged with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages comprising:

a server storing said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and a default pre-formatted web page, each pre-formatted web page associated with one or more advertisements and each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith, each advertisement including an ad display and a hyperlink to an advertiser designated web site;

a relevancy engine determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

said user,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source;

a comparator matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data;

a compiler merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements based upon the match, resulting in a merged web page with user supplied content, relational advertisements, corresponding ad displays and hyperlinks;

said server having a publisher placing the merged web page on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

means for tracking associated sales referral fees made via said corresponding ad display and hyperlink; and

,

a revenue sharing module for sharing said associated sales referral fees with said user supplying said electronic content based upon a predetermined formula accounting for one or more of;

the supplied content,

frequency of other user supplied content,

a predetermined user profile,

a predetermined user group profile, and

a user referral source.

An information processing system for previewing and distributing user supplied electronic content wherein the user supplied electronic content is merged with one pre-formatted web page of a plurality of pre-formatted web pages and the preview is distributed to third party Internet web sites comprising:

a server storing said plurality of pre-formatted web pages and one or more advertisements, each advertisement having ad relational data associated therewith and an ad display and a hyperlink to an advertiser designated web site;

a relevancy engine determining from said electronic content supplied by said user one or more relevancy factors for the supplied content and said user;

a comparator matching the determined one or more relevancy factors with said ad relational data;

a compiler merging said user supplied content with the pre-formatted web page and one or more advertisements based upon the match, resulting in a merged web page with user supplied content, relational advertisements, corresponding ad displays and hyperlinks;

said server having a publisher placing the merged web page on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

a preview extractor for said electronic content supplied by said user, said preview extractor operating on said user supplied content based upon one of;

a thumbnail image of said electronic content,

a snippit of said electronic content,

a quote from said electronic content, and

a descriptor supplied by said user supplying said electronic content; and

,

means for adding to said preview a hyperlink to said assigned Internet address for said merged web page;

said server having a preview publisher placing said preview to said third party Internet web sites.

A method of merging into a preformatted web page, electronic content from a content provider with advertisements relevant to said content and advertisements relevant to a user-visitor, said user-visitor being one user of a plurality of registered users and non-registered users who view the merged web page comprising:

maintaining a plurality of preformatted web pages;

maintaining access to a first plurality of content-related advertisements, each content-related advertisement having content ad relational data associated therewith;

maintaining access to a second plurality of user-related advertisements, each user-related advertisement having user ad relational data associated therewith;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said content provider one or more content relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

the content provider,

a predetermined user profile for said content provider,

a predetermined user group profile for said content provider, and

a referral source for said content provider;

matching the determined one or more content relevancy factors with said content ad relational data;

determining one or more user relevancy factors from said user-visitor related to one or more of;

user-visitor session history;

a predetermined user-visitor profile;

a predetermined user-visitor group profile; and

a referral source for said user-visitor;

matching the determined one or more user relevancy factors with said user ad relational data;

merging into one preformatted web page said electronic content supplied by said content provider, one or more advertisements having matching content relevancy factors and content ad relational data, one or more advertisements having matching user relevancy factors and user ad relational data; and

publishing the merged web page with the supplied content and content relational advertisements and user relational advertisements on the Internet.

A method of sharing revenue with a content provider supplying electronic content wherein the supplied electronic content is merged into a preformatted web page with advertisements relevant to said content and advertisements relevant to a user-visitor, said user-visitor being one user of a plurality of registered users and non-registered users who view the merged web page comprising:

maintaining a plurality of preformatted web pages;

maintaining access to a first plurality of content-related advertisements, each content-related advertisement having content ad relational data associated therewith and a respective ad display and hyperlink to a corresponding advertiser designated web site;

maintaining access to a second plurality of user-related advertisements, each user-related advertisement having user ad relational data associated therewith and a respective ad display and hyperlink to a corresponding advertiser designated web site;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said content provider one or more content relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

the content provider,

a predetermined user profile for said content provider,

a predetermined user group profile for said content provider, and

a referral source for said content provider;

matching the determined one or more content relevancy factors with said content ad relational data;

determining one or more user relevancy factors from said user-visitor related to one or more of;

user-visitor session history;

a predetermined user-visitor profile;

a predetermined user-visitor group profile; and

a referral source for said user-visitor;

matching the determined one or more user relevancy factors with said user ad relational data;

merging into one preformatted web page said electronic content supplied by said content provider, one or more advertisements having matching content relevancy factors and content ad relational data, one or more advertisements having matching user relevancy factors and user ad relational data, the matching advertisements having respective ad displays and corresponding hyperlinks; and

publishing the merged web page with the supplied content and content relational advertisements, ad displays and hyperlinks and user relational advertisements, ad displays and hyperlinks on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

tracking associated sales referral fees made via a user-visitor selected ad display and hyperlink; and

,

sharing said associated sales referral fees with said content provider based upon a predetermined formula accounting for one or more of;

the supplied content,

frequency of other content supplied by said content provider,

a predetermined user-visitor profile,

a predetermined user-visitor group profile, and

a user-visitor referral source.

A method of sharing revenue as claimed in claim 57 wherein said one or more advertisements having matching content relevancy factors and content ad relational data and said one or more advertisements having matching user relevancy factors and user ad relational data, exceed said preformatted web page space and the method includes selecting advertisements for merger based upon a higher referral fees for said designated advertisers.

A computer readable medium containing programming instructions for sharing revenue with a content provider supplying electronic content wherein the supplied electronic content is merged into a preformatted web page with advertisements relevant to said content and advertisements relevant to a user-visitor, said user-visitor being one user of a plurality of registered users and non-registered users who view the merged web page, the programming instructions comprising:

maintaining a plurality of preformatted web pages;

maintaining access to a first plurality of content-related advertisements, each content-related advertisement having content ad relational data associated therewith and a respective ad display and hyperlink to a corresponding advertiser designated web site;

maintaining access to a second plurality of user-related advertisements, each user-related advertisement having user ad relational data associated therewith and a respective ad display and hyperlink to a corresponding advertiser designated web site;

determining from said electronic content supplied by said content provider one or more content relevancy factors related to one or more of;

the supplied content,

the content provider,

a predetermined user profile for said content provider,

a predetermined user group profile for said content provider, and

a referral source for said content provider;

matching the determined one or more content relevancy factors with said content ad relational data;

determining one or more user relevancy factors from said user-visitor related to one or more of;

publishing the merged web page with the supplied content and content relational advertisements, ad displays and hyperlinks and user relational advertisements, ad displays and hyperlinks on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

tracking associated sales referral fees made via a user-visitor selected ad display and hyperlink; and

a content relevancy engine determining from said electronic content supplied by said content provider one or more content relevancy factors related to one or more of;

a predetermined user profile for said content provider,

a referral source for said content provider;

a content comparator matching the determined one or more content relevancy factors with said content ad relational data;

a user relevancy engine determining one or more user relevancy factors from said user-visitor related to one or more of;

a publisher for placing the merged web page with the supplied content and content relational advertisements, ad displays and hyperlinks and user relational advertisements, ad displays and hyperlinks on the Internet at an assigned Internet address;

means for tracking associated sales referral fees made via a user-visitor selected ad display and hyperlink; and

a revenue sharing module for sharing said associated sales referral fees with said content provider based upon a predetermined formula accounting for one or more of;

frequency of other content supplied by said content provider,

a predetermined user-visitor profile,

a predetermined user-visitor group profile, and

62. An information processing system as claimed in claim 61 including a price discriminator for selecting advertisements for merger based upon a higher referral fees for said designated advertisers.

A method of sharing revenue with a content provider supplying electronic content wherein the supplied electronic content is merged into a preformatted web page with advertisements relevant to said content and advertisements relevant to a user-visitor, said user-visitor being one user of a plurality of registered users and non-registered users who view the merged web page, said advertisements having ad relational data associated therewith and hyperlinked ad displays to corresponding advertiser designated web sites, comprising:

determining from said electronic content relevancy factors;

matching content relevancy factors with said ad relational data;

determining, from said user-visitor, user relevancy factors;

matching user relevancy factors with said ad relational data;

merging said preformatted web page with said electronic content and at least two advertisements having ad relational data matching said content and said user relevancy factors;

publishing the merged web page;

tracking associated sales referral fees corresponding to the respective hyperlinked ad displays; and

,

sharing said associated sales referral fees with said content provider based upon a predetermined formula.
