a body defining an interior cavity for forming a prosthesis and a port for access to the interior cavity for receiving pressurized curing material; and a compliance element being disposed within the interior cavity to be at least partially embedded within a prosthesis and being configured to compress when curing material is placed in the interior cavity and on the compliance element so that the compliance element applies a force to urge the curing material against the body while curing. - View Dependent Claims (16)

17. A method of forming a one piece hip spacer with a spacer head integral with a spacer stem comprising:
