Abstract

The invention proposes numerous aspects for improving greenhouses which may lead to durable improvement of the worldwide climate system.

Claims

1. :

A transparent greenhouse covering, comprising a fluoropolymer foil.

2. :

The greenhouse covering as set forth in claim 1, wherein the fluoropolymer foil has a foil thickness ranging between about 100 μ

m and about 200 μ

m.

3. :

A filter system for filtering incident light for a greenhouse with a fluid filter, as set forth in claim 1, wherein the filter system comprises a light-gathering optics lying in the course of the light before the fluid filter.

4. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 3, wherein the filter fluid is carried in an absorber, in particular in tubes, cylinders or balls.

5. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 3, comprising a highly concentrating converging lens.

6. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 3, wherein means for displacing the fluid filter with respect to the light-gathering optics are provided, in particular for reversibly displacing an absorber with respect to a focal point.

7. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 3, wherein the filter fluid admits passage of a PAR spectrum of the light up to at least 50%, but absorbs an excess above the PAR spectrum to at least 50%.

A filter system for filtering incident light for a greenhouse, as set forth in claim 1, wherein the filter system comprises a spectral range reflector and a secondary reflector, said spectral range reflector being devised such that it filters and reflects a range of the PAR spectrum to the secondary reflector, residual light being admitted through the spectral range reflector to a plant area and filtered and reflected light being directed from the secondary reflector to the plant area.

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein the spectral range reflector reflects at least part of the spectrum between about 500 nm and about 580 nm, preferably at least between about 520 nm and 560 nm.

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein the spectral range filter for light is transparent up to about 500 nm.

11. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein the spectral range filter for light is transparent from about 580 nm.

12. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein it is devised to subject the filtered and reflected light to a phase-shifting.

13. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 12, wherein the phase-shifting leads to light of more than about 600 nm, preferably of more than about 680 nm.

14. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein the incident light passes through a light-gathering optics and the spectral range reflector is disposed at an incline with respect to an optical axis of the light-gathering optics, in particular at an angle ranging from about 40°

to about 50°

.

15. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 14, wherein the spectral range reflector is interposed between the light-gathering optics and its focus.

16. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein the spectral range reflector comprises a secondary focus for the filtered and reflected light.

17. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein the light passing through the spectral range reflector is concentrated onto an absorber.

18. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein the secondary reflector comprises one red and/or one yellow coating, in particular with a fluorescent dye, on its side illuminated by the spectral range reflector.

19. :

The filter system as set forth in claim 8, wherein a converter, in particular a solar cell, is disposed in the filtered and reflected light.

20. :

A lighting system for a greenhouse, with a covering and/or a system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a light storing fluid.

21. :

The lighting system as set forth in claim 20, wherein the light storing fluid is phosphorescent.

22. :

The lighting system as set forth in claim 20, further comprising a storing tank for the light storing fluid.

23. :

The lighting system as set forth in claim 20, wherein the light storing fluid can be fed into a light emitter in a plant room.

24. :

The lighting system as set forth in claim 23, wherein a red-yellow light converter is associated with the light emitter, said light converter generating red-yellow light from the green light emitted by the light storing fluid and radiating this to plants.

25. :

The lighting system as set forth in claim 23, wherein the light emitter comprises vertical double plates.

26. :

The lighting system as set forth in claim 20, further comprising a light filter that directs blue light to the light storing fluid.

27. :

A conducting system for conducting incident light for a greenhouse, in connection with a covering, a filter system and/or a lighting system as set forth in claim 1, wherein in the light path there is at first disposed a light-gathering optics, then a stray optics and finally a prism.

The conducting system as set forth in claim 27, wherein the light-gathering optics is part of a greenhouse covering.

29. :

The conducting system as set forth in claim 27, wherein the stray optics is disposed shortly before a focus of the light-gathering optics in the light path.

The conducting system as set forth in claim 27, wherein the stray optics parallelizes the light, preferably with a beam path difference of 10°

at most.

31. :

The conducting system as set forth in claim 27, wherein a fluid filter is disposed in a radiation range of concentrated strips of colored light.

32. :

The conducting system as set forth in claim 27, wherein different semiconductor solar cells are disposed in the different strips of colored light, in particular in a planar arrangement.

34. :

A greenhouse, with a covering, a filter system, a lighting system and/or a light conducting system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising an updraft chimney.

35. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, wherein the updraft chimney comprises a permanently opened light outlet cross section that is protected against animals by a close-mesh screen.

36. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, wherein an air intake cross section is permanently opened and is protected against animals by a close-mesh screen.

37. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, further comprising an underground channel system for air intake.

38. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, wherein it is provided to humidify the drawn air.

39. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, further comprising a water-air heat exchanger on or in the updraft chimney.

40. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 39, wherein the water-air heat exchanger comprises water recirculation means.

41. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, wherein the updraft chimney comprises a darkening, in particular a darkened area, which is preferably covered with a heat insulation.

42. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, wherein the updraft chimney has a bright color or is metallized, in particular in parts, and is preferably covered with a heat insulation.

43. :

The greenhouse as set forth in claim 34, further comprising a regulating system in an intake channel for the air mass flow.

44. :

The greenhouse, in particular as set forth in claim 34 and/or with a covering, a filter system, a lighting system and/or a light conducting system further comprising heat dissipation means for dissipating heat from photovoltaic concentrator cells into a geothermal and/or fluid storing heating system.

45. :

A feeder apparatus for feeding carbon dioxide (CO₂) into a greenhouse, in a greenhouse, with a covering, a filter system, a lighting system and/or a light conducting system as set forth in claim 1, further comprising means for recovering carbon dioxide from calcium carbonate.

46. :

The feeder apparatus as set forth in claim 45, wherein the means for recovering carbon dioxide comprise a focusing optics for burning calcium carbonate.

47. :

The feeder apparatus as set forth in claim 45, wherein it feeds carbon dioxide released through burning into a plant room.

48. :

The feeder apparatus as set forth in claim 45, further comprising a circuit transport for transporting burnt lime to the outside air from where free carbon dioxide is drawn.

49. :

The feeder apparatus as set forth in claim 45, further comprising a circuit transport that supplies burnt lime to quenching and then to outside air from where free carbon dioxide is drawn.

50. :

The feeder apparatus as set forth in claim 45, wherein excess heat generated during lime quenching is supplied to a thermodynamical machine.

33. :

Use of fluoropolymers as a material for a converging lens, in particular for a Fresnel lens, for a foil hanging underneath a light-gathering optics on a greenhouse, for a heat exchanger and/or for a transparent heat insulation.

51. :

Use of constituent parts of plants that have grown in a greenhouse as an additional charge in component parts.

52. :

Use as set forth in claim 51, wherein the plants are grown by drawing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, in particular in a greenhouse with a covering, a filter system, a lighting system, a light conducting system and/or a feeder apparatus.
