Abstract
The invention relates to a circuit and method for a wireless accessory of a portable computer. The circuit comprises an oscillator circuit (10), a control circuit (20) connected to the oscillator circuit, and a quenching circuit (30) connected to the oscillator circuit. According to the invention, the oscillator circuit (10) is formed of an LC resonator (L1, C16), the quality factor of which is at least 10, and the quenching circuit (30) is formed in such a way that the energy of the oscillator circuit is discharged by a predefined current.
