Abstract

A transparent capacitive touch panel comprising a transparent substrate, a transparent cover lens and a transparent adhesive layer is provided, wherein a first transparent electrode layer and a second transparent electrode layer are disposed on the transparent cover lens and the transparent substrate respectively. The transparent adhesive layer is used to bind the first transparent electrode layer and second transparent electrode layer in order to combine the transparent cover lens and the transparent substrate disposed in parallel. Thereby, the manufacturing process of the transparent capacitive touch panel is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the same is lowered.

Claims

1. A transparent capacitive touch panel, comprises:

a transparent cover lens;

a first transparent electrode layer, disposed on a surface of the transparent cover lens;

an insulating layer, disposed on a surface of the first transparent electrode layer that is different from the other surface whereon the transparent cover lens is disposed; and

a second transparent electrode layer, disposed on a surface of the insulating layer that is different from the other surface whereon the first transparent electrode layer is disposed.

2. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 1, further comprising an anti-reflection layer, disposed on a surface of the transparent cover lens that is different from the other surface whereon the first transparent electrode layer is disposed.

3. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 1 or 2, further comprises an anti-reflection layer, disposed between the transparent cover lens and the first transparent electrode layer.

4. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 1, wherein the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer comprises indium-tin oxide or indium-zinc oxide.

5. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 1, wherein the transparent cover lens comprises plastic or glass.

6. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 1, further comprises a decoration layer, disposed between the transparent cover lens and the first transparent electrode layer.

7. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 6, further comprises a planarization layer, disposed between the decoration layer and the first transparent electrode layer.

8. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 6, wherein the decoration layer is monochromatic.

9. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 6, wherein the decoration layer is multi-chromatic.

10. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 6, wherein the decoration layer is patterned with symbols and texts.

11. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10, wherein the decoration layer comprises an insulating material.

12. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 7, wherein the decoration layer comprises a conductive material and the planarization layer comprises an insulating material.

13. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 1, further comprises a transparent substrate disposed in parallel with the transparent cover lens so that the second transparent electrode layer is disposed on a surface of the transparent substrate facing a surface of the first transparent electrode layer;

wherein the insulating layer binds the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer in order to combine the transparent cover lens and the transparent substrate.

14. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 13, wherein the insulating layer is a transparent adhesive layer.

15. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 14, wherein the transparent adhesive layer is a double-sided adhesive tape or a liquid-phase transparent adhesive.

16. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 13, wherein the transparent substrate comprises glass or tempered glass.

17. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 13, wherein the transparent substrate is a color filter substrate.

18. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 13, further comprises a shielding layer, disposed on a surface of the transparent substrate that is different from the other surface whereon the second transparent electrode layer is disposed.

19. The transparent capacitive touch panel as recited in claim 18, wherein the shielding layer comprises indium-tin oxide or indium-zinc oxide.
