1. A method for delivering commercials to content providers, the method comprising:
- assembling a version of a commercial, wherein the assembling comprises inserting media segments into an advertisement campaign;
presenting a list of local content providers to a user, wherein each local content provider is selectable by the user;
in response to receiving a user-selected local content provider, presenting delivery options that correspond to the version of the commercial to the user, wherein the delivery options include at least one of a delivery format, a delivery address, playback options, and a chargeback number; and
transmitting the version of the commercial to user-selected local content provider in accordance with the delivery options selected by the user.

a processor at least partially executing a media content management application that is configured to; assemble a version of a commercial, wherein the assembling comprises inserting media segments into an advertisement campaign; present a list of local content providers to a user, wherein each local content provider is selectable by the user; in response to receiving a user-selected local content provider, present delivery options that correspond to the version of the commercial to the user, wherein the delivery options include at least one of a delivery format, a delivery address, playback options, and a chargeback number; and transmit the version of the commercial to the user-selected local content provider in accordance with the delivery options selected by the user.

20. A system for delivering commercials to content providers, the system comprising:
a processor at least partially executing a media content management application that is configured to; allow an advertiser to assemble a first version of a commercial and a second version of the commercial, wherein the assembling of the first version and the second version further comprises inserting media segments into an advertisement campaign; store the first version of the commercial and the second version of the commercial in a storage device; transmit a notification to a plurality of content providers, wherein the notification requests that each of the content providers select at least one of the first version and the second version of the commercial for transmission to an audience associated with that content provider; and in response to receiving a selection from one of the plurality of content providers, transmit the selected version to that content provider.
