Abstract

The present invention is geared generally towards the transmission of data, such as images, audio, video, or text, as a continuous stream via a network to recipients. In particular, the present invention relates to enabling the transmission of data to recipients and enabling the recipients to interact and influence the content of the transmission.

Claims

1. A system for a data stream transmission, the system comprising:

a communication medium, wherein the communication medium enables the transmission of data between a data server and a device;

a device, wherein the device is enabled to receive and present content data included in a data stream and wherein the device is further enabled to permit a user to interact with the content data of the data stream; and

a data server, wherein the data server is enabled to transmit a data stream to a device and wherein the data server is enabled to receive data associated with a user interaction with the content data of the data stream from the device, whereby the data server is enabled to adjust the content data per the user interaction.

2. The system of claim 1, further comprising one or more additional devices.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein the same content data is presented on each device.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the device is one of a computer or a mobile device.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the content data includes one or more of image data, textual data, video data, and audio data.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein the user interaction comprises the provision of one or more image data, textual data, video data, and audio data.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the user interaction comprises the provision of input regarding one or more elements of content data.

8. The system of claim 1, wherein the user interaction comprises a request for further information regarding one or more elements of content data.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein the user interaction comprises a request to purchase a good or service associated with one or more elements of content data.
