Trailing System For Dispensing Paint
First Claim
1. A device for marking pavement surfaces, said device comprising:
- a trailer, said trailer adapted for mounting a printer;
said printer mounted on the trailer and adapted for marking said pavement surfaces with one or more predefined patterns for assisting driving of a vehicle, said printer comprising;
a primary reservoir for storing paint;
a plurality of printing heads for marking said pavement surfaces with said paint; and
a secondary reservoir for receiving said stored paint and delivering said received paint to said printing heads through a first plurality of hoses;
whereby said printer marks said pavement surfaces by dispensing said paint, upon movement of the trailer over the pavement surfaces.

Abstract
Disclosed herein is a system and method for computer assisted driving of vehicles. The system disclosed herein provides an array of sensors positioned in the vehicles at strategic points for capturing vibrations and sound induced, when the vehicles move over pavement surfaces marked with predefined patterns of peaks and troughs. The sensors further measure frequencies of these vibrations. An onboard computer on the vehicle matches the captured frequencies and sound against pre-specified frequencies to obtain unique frequency signatures for the segment of the pavement traversed by the vehicle. Navigational data and geographical data associated with the unique frequency signature are used to provide assistance in driving of vehicles.

6. A method of marking pavement surfaces, comprising the steps of:
-
providing a trailer comprising a mounting area; mounting a printer on said mounting area of the trailer, wherein said printer comprises a plurality of printing heads for marking said pavement surfaces, a primary reservoir for storing paint and a secondary reservoir for receiving said stored paint from said primary reservoir, and wherein said secondary reservoir delivers said received paint to said printing heads; marking the pavement surfaces by dispensing the paint through the printing heads, wherein the paint is delivered to the printing heads by the secondary reservoir through a plurality of hoses; and moving the printer mounted trailer over the pavement surfaces for creating one or more predefined patterns on the pavement surfaces; whereby the printer marks the pavement surfaces by dispensing said paint for obtaining said one or more predefined patterns. - View Dependent Claims (7, 8, 9, 10, 11)
