Abstract

The invention involves document evidence and article retrieval and identification system which provides solution to track a document, or article within a control environment. This solution provides the integrated human identity, embedded tracking devices into physical evidence record to enable tracking of movement by authorized person or personnel. The system is capable to capture and track the activities life cycle of the document, evidence, file or article life cycle using the tracking management system server. This invention provide highly security feature to integrate human identity for access authentication interrogative with the confidential document or evidence or file or article.

Claims

1. The first embodiment of the document evidence and article retrieval and identification system comprising;

personal or biometric identity, verification and authentication access control, document or article storage area, embedded chip and antenna document or article;

the close loop integrated security technology for retrieval using secure verification process.

2. The close loop integrated security technology in claim 1, wherein each component are connected using a network environment.

3. The security technology for retrieval in claim 1, wherein the chip and antenna is embedded integrated as part of the document or article body material or surface material using radio wave for communication and not visible to human naked eye.

4. The radio wave communication in claim 3, wherein the high accuracy communication with plurality of frequency mode without interference with the present of plurality chip and antenna up to hundreds and thousands in quantity whereby are located far or proximately to one another.

5. The document or article in claim 3 wherein cover plurality form or shape of document or article includes file, magazine, evidence record, confidential document or file, valuable object, physical evidence, government document, record file, hard copy.

6. The secure verification process in claim 1, wherein the personal or biometric identity data are stored in the form of electronic key for access control to the storage area.

7. The personal or biometric identity data key in claim 6, wherein the storage of the identification information into an electronic programmable personal authentication devices in plurality form of smartcard, mobile terminal, programmable key chain, any miniature mobile device, mobile phone with embedded chip and antenna using near field communication technology.

8. The second embodiment of the storage area comprising;

secure storage area that under control environment, plurality of document access device, plurality of display unit, plurality storage compartment, plurality of built in antenna reader or electronic sensor;

a network link and integrated all the components to provide feedback to the connected server.

9. The plurality of document access device in claim 8, wherein the use of electronic access control to capture activities “

15. The third embodiment of the document life cycle management server comprising;

link to a plurality of work station, management or enforcement team, plurality of document access device, plurality of web base access via internet connection, link to mobile phone network;

a life tracking server built with application software that integrate and link to capture and feedback real time activities of the document or article movement within the control environment.

16. The real time activities in claim 15, wherein the ability to capture and set the authorize access time and allowable movement boundary for the document or article.

17. The plurality of work station in claim 15, wherein plurality of stand alone access computer terminal that authorize user with personal access device to access system information.

18. The plurality of document access device in claim 15, wherein integrated to plurality of antenna to capture real time information to update the document or article life cycle, time stamp, location, access status, audit trail, inventory, and record.

19. The plurality of web base access via internet connection in claim 15, wherein allow all users with personal access device to access the system information or query for document or article information via internet line.

20. The link to mobile phone network in claim 15, wherein capable to send sms or video message to the user or subscriber to receive status, reminder or alarm for any system fault report or when intruder detected.
