1. A method, in a telecommunications network, of creating user-definable call handling functionality accessible by way of telephone call to a voice application, comprising:
- generating a call handling package comprising one or more conditions, and one or more call handling actions;
allocating an identifier to the call handling package in such a way that when a call is placed to the voice application the allocated identifier is requested, and in response to receiving the allocated identifier the voice application handles the call in accordance with the call handling package associated with the identifier.
