1. A method, comprising:

  • specifying, to a first radio access gateway, which is configured to perform a protocol conversion on data between a wireless terminal and an end point, address information for a second radio access gateway in response to detecting that a handover from a first base station in a service area of the first radio access gateway to a second base station in a service area of the second radio access gateway is needed for the wireless terminal;

    transmitting a data directed to the at least one wireless terminal through said first radio access gateway and said second radio access gateway to the at least one wireless terminal in response to the at least one wireless terminal being handed over to the second base station; and

    transmitting address information for said second radio access gateway to the end point, so that the end point may transmit information associated with the address information of the second radio access gateway.
