Abstract

A maintenance information management method comprising steps of: by a terminal processing apparatus, transmitting, to a management apparatus via a network, maintenance work information about an analyzer on which maintenance work has been performed; storing, in a maintenance work information storage section of the management apparatus, the maintenance work information transmitted via the network; and transmitting, to the terminal processing apparatus via the network, the maintenance work information of the analyzer, which is stored in the maintenance work information storage section.

Claims

1. A maintenance information management system comprising:

a management apparatus for managing maintenance work information relating to maintenance work having been performed on an analyzer; and

a terminal processing apparatus connected to the management apparatus via a network and being configured to transmit the maintenance work information of the analyzer to the management apparatus, wherein

the terminal processing apparatus comprises;

a first interface for communicating with the management apparatus via the network; and

a first processing section configured to perform an operation of transmitting the maintenance work information of the analyzer to the management apparatus via the first interface, and

the management apparatus comprises;

a second interface for communicating with the terminal processing apparatus via the network;

a maintenance work information storage section for storing the maintenance work information; and

a second processing section configured to perform operations comprising;

(a) receiving, via the second interface, the maintenance work information of the analyzer, which is transmitted from the first processing section;

(b) storing the received maintenance work information in the maintenance work information storage section; and

(c) reading the maintenance work information of the analyzer from the maintenance work information storage section, and transmitting the read maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface.

2. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the first processing section is configured to transmit the maintenance work information of the analyzer with identification information of the analyzer to the management apparatus via the first interface, and

the second processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(d) receiving, via the second interface, the identification information and the maintenance work information of the analyzer, which are transmitted from the first processing section;

(e) storing the received maintenance work information with the identification information of the analyzer in the maintenance work information storage section; and

(f) reading, from the maintenance work information storage section, the maintenance work information corresponding to the identification information of the analyzer, and transmitting the read maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface.

3. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the terminal processing apparatus comprises a display section, and

the first processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(g) controlling the display section so as to display an input screen;

(h) accepting, via the input screen, input of the maintenance work information of the analyzer; and

(i) transmitting the accepted maintenance work information to the management apparatus via the first interface.

4. The maintenance information management system of claim 3, wherein

the management apparatus comprises a user information storage section for storing user information for user authentication,

the first processing section is configured to accept input of identification information of a user of the analyzer, and transmit the accepted identification information of the user to the management apparatus via the first interface,

the second processing section is configured to perform authentication of the user based on:

the identification information of the user, which is received from the first processing section via the second interface; and

the user information stored in the user information storage section, and to transmit, only when the authentication of the user is successful, input screen information for displaying the input screen to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface, and

the first processing section is configured to control the display section so as to display the input screen based on the input screen information received from the second processing section via the first interface.

5. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the second processing section is configured to transmit the maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface by using a web page.

6. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the second processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(j) storing, in the maintenance work information storage section, the maintenance work information with a date on which the maintenance work has been performed;

(k) generating maintenance history information by arranging, in order by date, maintenance work information stored in the maintenance work information storage section; and

(l) transmitting the generated maintenance history information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface.

7. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the second processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(m) generating calendar screen information for displaying a calendar screen which shows a date in a manner such that it is recognizable whether the maintenance work has been performed or not; and

(n) transmitting the generated calendar screen information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface,

the terminal processing apparatus comprises a display section, and

the first processing section is configured to control the display section so as to display the calendar screen based on the calendar screen information received from the second processing section via the first interface.

8. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the terminal processing apparatus comprises a display section,

the first processing section is configured so as to perform operations comprising:

(o) controlling the display section so as to display a maintenance work information screen that shows the maintenance work information received from the second processing section via the first interface;

(p) accepting editing of the maintenance work information on the maintenance work information screen displayed on the display section; and

(q) transmitting the edited maintenance work information to the management apparatus via the first interface, and

the second processing section updates the maintenance work information stored in the maintenance work information storage section, based on the edited maintenance work information received from the first processing section via the second interface.

9. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the first processing section is configured to request, via the first interface, the management apparatus for the maintenance work information of the analyzer, and

the second processing section is configured to read the maintenance work information of the analyzer from the maintenance work information storage section in response to the request from the first processing section, and transmit the read maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface.

10. The maintenance information management system of claim 9, wherein

the second processing section is configured to store, in the maintenance work information storage section, the maintenance work information with a date on which the maintenance work has been performed,

the first processing section is configured to request, via the first interface, the management apparatus for maintenance work information of maintenance work that has been performed on the analyzer during a specific period, and

the second processing section is configured to read, from the maintenance work information storage section, maintenance work information corresponding to the specific period requested by the first processing section, and transmit the read maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface.

11. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, further comprising another analyzer provided in a facility in which the analyzer is provided, wherein

the first processing section is configured to transmit the maintenance work information of the analyzer to the management apparatus via the first interface, with identification information of the facility in which the analyzer is provided, and

the second processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(r) receiving, via the second interface, the maintenance work information of the analyzer and the identification information of the facility, which is transmitted from the first processing section;

(s) storing, in the maintenance work information storage section, the received maintenance work information with the identification information of the facility; and

(t) reading, from the maintenance work information storage section, the maintenance work information of the analyzer and maintenance work information of the another analyzer, and transmitting the read maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface.

12. The maintenance information management system of claim 1, wherein

the second processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(u) generating a report that compiles maintenance work information for a predetermined period; and

(v) transmitting the generated report to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface at a predetermined time.

13. A maintenance information management system comprising:

an analyzer; and

a management apparatus connected to the analyzer via a network and being configured to manage maintenance work information about maintenance work performed on the analyzer, wherein

the analyzer comprises;

a first interface for communicating with the management apparatus via the network; and

a first processing section configured to perform an operation of transmitting the maintenance work information of the analyzer to the management apparatus via the first interface, and

the management apparatus comprises;

a second interface for communicating with the analyzer via the network;

a maintenance work information storage section for storing the maintenance work information; and

a second processing section configured to perform operations comprising;

(a) receiving, via the second interface, the maintenance work information of the analyzer, which is transmitted from the first processing section;

(b) storing the received maintenance work information in the maintenance work information storage section; and

(c) reading the maintenance work information of the analyzer from the maintenance work information storage section, and transmitting the read maintenance work information to the analyzer via the second interface.

14. The maintenance information management system of claim 13, wherein

the first processing section is configured to request, via the first interface, the management apparatus for the maintenance work information of the analyzer, and

the second processing section is configured to read the maintenance work information of the analyzer from the maintenance work information storage section in response to the request from the first processing section, and to transmit the read maintenance work information to the analyzer via the second interface.

15. The maintenance information management system of claim 13, wherein

the first processing section is configured to transmit the maintenance work information of the analyzer with identification information of the analyzer to the management apparatus via the first interface and

the second processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(d) receiving, via the second interface, the identification information and the maintenance work information of the analyzer, which are transmitted from the first processing section;

(e) storing, in the maintenance work information storage section, the received maintenance work information with the identification information of the analyzer; and

(f) reading, from the maintenance work information storage section, the maintenance work information corresponding to the identification information of the analyzer, and transmitting the read maintenance work information to the analyzer via the second interface.

16. The maintenance information management system of claim 13, wherein

the analyzer comprises a display section, and

the first processing section is configured to perform operations comprising:

(g) controlling the display section so as to display an input screen;

(h) accepting, via the input screen, input of the maintenance work information of the analyzer; and

(i) transmitting the accepted maintenance work information to the management apparatus via the first interface.

17. The maintenance information management system of claim 16, wherein

the management apparatus comprises a user information storage section for storing user information for user authentication,

the first processing section is configured to accept input of identification information of a user of the analyzer, and to transmit the accepted identification information of the user to the management apparatus via the first interface,

the second processing section is configured to perform authentication of the user based on:

the identification information of the user, which is received from the first processing section via the second interface; and

the user information stored in the user information storage section, and to transmit, only when the authentication of the user is successful, input screen information for displaying the input screen to the terminal processing apparatus via the second interface, and

the first processing section is configured to control the display section so as to display the input screen based on the input screen information received from the second processing section via the first interface.

18. A management apparatus comprising:

an interface for communicating with a terminal processing apparatus that is connected to the management apparatus via a network;

a maintenance work information storage section for storing maintenance work information; and

a processing section configured to perform operations comprising;

(a) receiving, via the interface, maintenance work information of an analyzer, which is transmitted from the terminal processing apparatus;

(b) storing the received maintenance work information in the maintenance work information storage section; and

(c) reading the maintenance work information of the analyzer from the maintenance work information storage section, and transmitting the read maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the interface.

19. The management apparatus of claim 18, wherein

the processing section is configured to read, corresponding to a request from the terminal processing apparatus, the maintenance work information of the analyzer from the maintenance work information storage section, and to transmit the read maintenance work information to the terminal processing apparatus via the interface.

20. A maintenance information management method comprising steps of:

by a terminal processing apparatus, transmitting, to a management apparatus via a network, maintenance work information about an analyzer on which maintenance work has been performed;

storing, in a maintenance work information storage section of the management apparatus, the maintenance work information transmitted via the network; and

transmitting, to the terminal processing apparatus via the network, the maintenance work information of the analyzer, which is stored in the maintenance work information storage section.
