1. A security system for a health information and screening kiosk, comprising:
- a kiosk system, including three or more input devices receiving one or more pieces of health information from a user and one or more pieces of personal identification information from a user, and a network connection transmitting the one or more pieces of health information and the one or more pieces of personal identification information, the kiosk system determining whether the user has provided a proper identification by analyzing the one or more pieces of personal identification information; and
a storage system communicatively coupled to the network connection of the kiosk system and securely receiving the one or more pieces of health information and the one or more pieces of personal identification information and storing the one or more pieces of health information and the one or more pieces of personal identification information in a personal health record.

Abstract
The present invention is directed to security systems for community based managed health kiosk systems, and more particularly to protecting the privacy of a user'"'"'s health information originally obtained at a community-based kiosk system. The disclosed security systems can be combined with community based managed health kiosk systems to enable a patient, or user, to obtain knowledge of his or her health condition/status and to obtain health services from remotely located health care professionals without risk of dissemination of confidential personal health information and records.
