a radio network controller having at least one control facility assigning resources to at least two terminals for transmitting data packets in an uplink direction to at least one base station, and a transmitting/receiving facility transmitting the assignment to the at least two terminals and/or the base station (NB1); the at least two terminals each having at least one control facility controlling a transmission of data packets in the assigned resources by a transmitting/receiving facility; and the at least one base station having at least one transmitting/receiving facility receiving data packets of the at least two terminals and transmitting confirmations of the receipt and a control facility controlling a transmission of the confirmations without an overlap in time, in an identical resource.
