determining when the received sensor data satisfies at least one rule;
transmitting information from the mobile terminal to a network device, where the information includes at least one of an application identifier, a rule or some of the received sensor data; and
connecting the mobile terminal to another mobile terminal, where the another mobile terminal is selected by the network device based on the transmitted information from the mobile terminal.
