a plurality of emission members disposed on the first electrodes; and
a second electrode disposed on the emission members.

The OLED display includes a first pixel, a second pixel, a third pixel, a substrate, an overcoating film formed on the substrate, and a translucent member formed on the overcoating film. The translucent member includes a multi-layered structure that includes a metal layer as the lowest layer, a first electrode is formed on the translucent member, an emission member is formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode is formed on the emission member.

forming a thin film transistor (TFT) on a substrate; forming an overcoating film on the substrate and the TFT; forming a first transparent conductive layer on the overcoating film; forming an inorganic layer on the first transparent conductive layer; forming a second transparent conductive layer on the inorganic layer; etching the second transparent conductive layer and the first transparent conductive layer to form a first electrode and a metal layer; forming an emission member on the first electrode; and forming a second electrode on the emission member. - View Dependent Claims (13, 14, 15)
