1. A system and method in combination with a nationwide alliance of professional car care enterprises for marketing privately owned motor vehicles, comprising means for:
- searching by a consumer, utilizing a computing device, for an interactive, service-mark branded, online website registered in a domain for electronic commerce on a world wide web to find an address for a physical location of a participating professional car care enterprise within a nationwide alliance of professional car care enterprises or by physically searching in a local geographic area to find a participating professional car care enterprise within the nationwide alliance;
registering by a consumer with a participating service provider at a professional car care enterprise within the nationwide alliance of professional car care enterprises;
issuing by a service provider, a website password and/or other relational identifier to a successfully registered consumer;
presenting by a successfully registered consumer, a motor vehicle along with a valid driver license, proof of insurance, and motor vehicle registration document for the motor vehicle to a participating service provider at one of the professional car care enterprises within the nationwide alliance;
checking by the service provider, the consumer registration status;
surrendering by the consumer, the driver license, proof of insurance, and motor vehicle registration document for the motor vehicle to the service provider at the professional car care enterprise;
comparing by the service provider, all surrendered documents for a match of identity;
comparing by the service provider, a vehicle identification number on the motor vehicle registration document to a vehicle identification number physically located on the motor vehicle in manufacturer designated areas of the particular make and model of said motor vehicle;
completing by the service provider, the phase of validation, by comparison, all of consumer documents submitted to the service provider match the consumer identity, with the vehicle identification number on the motor vehicle registration document matching the vehicle identification number physically located on the motor vehicle in manufacturer designated locations;
recording by the service provider, the vehicle identification number, year, make, model, color, and odometer reading along with the consumer, hereinafter referred to as “
seller,”
name, contact phone number, and contact email address, along with date of entry, in the professional car care enterprise computer-implemented workstation;
washing, detailing or, otherwise, prepping by the service provider, the motor vehicle at the professional car care enterprise;
taking by the service provider, digital photographs of the motor vehicle, interior and exterior, including the vehicle identification number physically located on said motor vehicle in manufacturer designated areas;
uploading by the service provider, the photographs in association with recorded seller information, into the professional car care enterprise computer-implemented workstation;
issuing by the service provider a website password and other personal identifier to the seller;
accepting by the service provider, payment for the motor vehicle remarketing service from the seller;
uploading by the service provider, the seller formatted information and accompanying digital photographs into the system central database by said service provider utilizing the professional car care enterprise computer-implemented workstation, utilizing an assigned, encrypted, service provider identification code; and
reviewing and verifying by system personnel, in combination with processor-executable instruction, computer memory, and computer-readable medium present in the system, the seller formatted information and accompanying digital photographs uploaded by the service provider into the system central database has been correctly formatted, with said seller formatted information reflecting said seller name, contact phone number, contact email address, and the motor vehicle identification number, year, make, model, color, and odometer reading of the motor vehicle, along with date of entry into the system.

A system and method in combination with a nationwide alliance of professional car care enterprises for remarketing privately owned motor vehicles. Consumers register with the system. Successfully registered consumers present their motor vehicles at a participating professional car care enterprise for processing into the system. The computer-implemented system employs a method based on three-dimensional facial image technology in combination with personal relational identifiers to monitor, identify, isolate, ban, and enforce the express prohibition of used car dealer, used car broker, and curbstoner participation within the system, in any fashion. The service is national in its reach while local in its execution, and provides a national platform for green-marketing the benefits of professional car care versus individual car care alternatives.

4. A system and method in combination with a nationwide alliance of professional car care enterprises for marketing privately owned motor vehicles, comprising means for:

batching, indexing, processing, and relational-archiving a record of every listing of a privately owned motor vehicle for sale, and consummated sale, by seller and/or buyer driver license number and/or other relational identifier, related to the respective registered consumer three-dimensional facial image, and archived with personal identification information of the buyer and seller, by system personnel employing a combination of processor-executable instruction, computer memory, and computer-readable medium present in the system, as associated by consumer registration relational identifier to buyer and seller consumer registration files in the relational database; developing, setting, and revising a threshold by system personnel employing a combination of processor-executable instruction, computer memory, and computer-readable medium present in the system to research, analyze, and combine evolving factors of average private owner motor vehicle selling and/or purchasing frequency, type of transaction, price range, age of motor vehicle, in addition to all other factors deemed relevant to participation in the used car market; incorporating and executing by system personnel, a combination of processor-executable instruction, computer memory, and computer-readable medium into the system by which the batched, indexed, processed, and related archive is accessed and analyzed for breaches of the threshold by registered consumer; batching, indexing, processing, and relational-archiving all three-dimensional facial images captured during consumer registration into the three-dimensional facial images database by system personnel employing a combination of processor-executable instruction, computer memory, and computer-readable medium present in the system, as associated by consumer registration relational identifier to buyer and seller consumer registration files in the relational database; incorporating and executing by system personnel, a combination of processor-executable instruction, computer memory, and computer-readable medium into the system by which a three-dimensional facial image recognition and comparison technology module accesses the three-dimensional facial images database to monitor and compare the three-dimensional facial images for a possible positive match of two or more three-dimensional facial images under more than one consumer registration identity; providing by system personnel, a notice in the system website content, and by a participating service provider providing printed literature located on the premises of a participating professional car care enterprise, a registered consumer who is flagged for breaching the threshold, or registered under more than one identify within the system, and is found to be a used car dealer, used car broker, or curbstoner, without successful rebuttal, is permanently banned from participation with system; and banning by system personnel employing a combination of processor-executable instruction, computer memory, and computer-readable medium present in the system, a consumer who attempts to register in breach of said threshold, and banning a registered consumer who breaches said threshold.
