Abstract

An apparatus includes a media player configured for executing stored files, and a sensor connected to the media player configured for perceiving a feature of a user who approaches the apparatus and transferring the feature to the media player. The media player plays files according to the feature perceived by the sensor.

Claims

1. An apparatus comprising:

a media player comprising a plurality of files, the files being associated with a plurality of users of the apparatus; and

a sensor connected to the media player configured for perceiving a feature of each user who approaches the apparatus and transferring the feature to the media player, wherein the media player executes matching files for one of the plurality of users according to the feature perceived by the sensor.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sensor is a smell sensor.

3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the media player further comprises an analyzing module configured to compare the feature perceived by the sensor to stored parameters and select the corresponding files, wherein the stored parameters comprise features recorded from the users.

4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the media player further comprises a voltage meter configured to measure a voltage of the smell sensor, wherein the analyzing module is configured to compare the voltage of the smell sensor to the stored parameters.

5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the media player further comprises a storage module configured for storing the files, the files are associated with the stored parameters.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the media player further comprises a processing unit connected between the analyzing module and the storage module to select the matching files in the storage module to play.

7. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a light emitting diode connected to the sensor.

8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus is a digital photo frame.

9. A method for automatically selecting and executing files matching a plurality of users of an apparatus, the method comprising:

gathering a feature of each user of the apparatus;

matching the files to a feature of each user; and

perceiving the feature when one of the plurality of users approaches the apparatus and executing the files corresponding to one of the plurality of users.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein gathering a feature of each user comprises:

perceiving the feature of each user and saving the feature as distinguishable parameter of the users.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the feature is a smell feature.

12. The method of claim 9, wherein matching the files to a feature of each user comprises showing a list of the files, matching each user with the corresponding files, and matching the files with the distinguishable parameter.

13. The method of claim 9, wherein executing the files corresponding to one of the plurality of users comprises comparing the perceived feature to the distinguishable parameter to select the files matching the user and executing the selected files.
