a first substantially transparent substrate having first and second surfaces, the second surface having a second stack of materials disposed thereon, including a spectral filter material proximate the second surface in at least a peripheral portion, the spectral filter material comprising at least one layer including chromium; and a second substrate having third and fourth surfaces and a third stack of materials disposed on at least a portion of the third surface, the second substrate including an isolation area on the third surface, the first and second substrates being sealed together by a primary seal material with the second and third surfaces facing each other in a spaced-apart relationship to define a chamber therebetween, wherein the primary seal material includes a first portion in contact with the third stack of materials and a second portion in contact with the isolation area. - View Dependent Claims (20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42)
