1. A method of facilitating the highlighting of conversations comprising:
- digitizing and recording the conversations;
identifying key segments in the conversation while the conversation is in progress;
storing the conversation and the identified segments for later review;
transcribing the identified segments, of the recorded conversation into text;
storing the transcribed segments and identification data, in association with the conversation;
searching for previously recorded conversations based on key words of phrases in the titles, participants, notes, bookmarks, dates, times of the conversations as well as the segments of transcribed text associated with those conversations; and
,grouping and reviewing conversations based on the results of key word searches.
