First Claim
1. A system comprising:
- a first processor for processing a voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) voice signal and for processing said voice signal into a first bit rate processed Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexed (OFDM) or Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) signal;
a second processor and transmit filter for processing and filtering a signal and for providing a second bit rate processed and filtered Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal, wherein said first bit rate has a different rate than said second bit rate;
a selector or combiner for selecting or combining the first or second rate signal;
a modulator and a transmitter for modulation and transmission of the selected or combined signal; and
a receiver for receiving said selected or combined transmitted signal, comprising two antennas for receiving transmitted signal, a demodulator, receiver filter and receiver processor for demodulation, filtering and processing of received TDMA signal wherein the receive filter for filtering of the TDMA signal is mis-matched to the transmit filter for filtering of the first bit rate TDMA signal and receive processor for processing provides processed received baseband mis-match filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase TDMA signal.

Transmitter operated as a linearly amplified or linearized amplifier transmitter and a second transmitter operated as a Non-Linearly Amplified (NLA) transmitter.
