1. An answering system of a communication device, the system comprising:
- a setting module configured for setting task names, task schedule times of one or more tasks, predetermining ring settings when an incoming call is received during one of the task schedule times, and a predetermined recorded message;
an executing module configured for determining if the incoming call is received during one of the task schedule times, and ringing using the predetermined ring settings if the incoming call is received during one of the task schedule times;
a message replying module configured for replying to the incoming call with the predetermined recorded message if the incoming call is received during one of the task schedule times and if the incoming call has not been answered; and
a processor configured for executing the setting module, the executing module, and the message replying module.
