Abstract
A method for operating a hybrid drive for a vehicle including at least one internal combustion engine and at least one electric motor, the internal combustion engine and the electric motor being operable in a hybrid mode, which enables a temporary power boost by supplementing the internal combustion engine output with electric motor output. The temporary power boost is allowed only until reaching a limit velocity (VG), which depends on the maximum velocity (VSM, VSM′) in internal combustion engine mode, which depends on the particular driving resistance.
