The personal introduction may include at least a portion of a human generated message about the employment seeker. In another embodiment, the employment system provides a personal introduction about an employee seeker to an employment seeker (i.e., on behalf of an employee seeker). For example, the personal introduction may include information about the employee seeker such as company showcases that highlight the benefits of working for the employee seeker.
