- a frame in which a single curved cooling medium flow path is formed by providing a plurality of partitioning plates parallel to one another;
a single curved cooling pipe that is provided inside the cooling medium flow path via a space interval, whereina cooling medium is flowed through the cooling medium flow path, and the high-pressure gas is flowed through the cooling pipe.

4. A heat exchanger for cooling a gas, comprising:

a container for holding a cooling medium; and a block body which is provided inside the container and within which a gas flow path for flowing gas is formed, wherein the block body has a metal body in which a plurality of through holes are formed to cross one another, in which one of the openings of the through holes is designated as a gas entrance port, another opening is designated as a gas exit port, and the other openings are sealed, with the through holes constituting the gas flow path.
