1. A spherical inflatable sports ball comprising:
- a cover defining a circumference and a seam configuration including at least two adjacent non-crossing seams extending between two opposite ends of the ball across at least a portion of the cover;
wherein each seam extends a distance across the cover that is at least 50% of one-half of the circumference;
wherein each non-crossing seam includes a first seam segment exhibiting a curvature about a first center point on a first side of the seam, a second seam segment exhibiting a curvature about a second center point on a second side of the seam, and a third seam segment exhibiting a curvature about a third center point on the first side of the seam, the second side of the seam being opposite the first side;
and wherein the adjacent seams do not have adjacent first sides.
