1. A method comprising:
- presenting therapy adjustment information to a user via a user interface, wherein the therapy adjustment information includes one or more therapy adjustments made by a patient to at least one stimulation parameter of one or more stimulation therapy programs for one or more patient posture states;
receiving input from the user that selects one or more nominal therapy parameters for each of the therapy programs and for each of the posture states based on the therapy adjustment information; and
setting the selected nominal therapy parameters for each of the therapy programs and posture states for use in delivering stimulation therapy to the patient.

The disclosure describes techniques for programming posture state-responsive therapy with nominal therapy parameters.
