System and method to identify, classify and monetize information as an intangible asset and a production model based thereon

Abstract

The method and system identifies and classifies and monetizes intangible asset (I.A.) unstructured digital data in a computer system by ownership characterizations and intellectual property (I.P.) classifications. Enterprise and non-enterprise data collections are searched based upon an expanded project specification (of descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives). Primary search terms from the project are expanded by content, contextual and taxonomic analysis to generate a plurality of search string parameters employed to search the data collections. The search engine returns data and documents, ownership characteristics are ascertained by comparison of the returns and I.P. classifications are made based upon the returns. This process also handles unstructured enterprise specific data not otherwise located in the data collections or unstructured data from other I.A. programs such as H.R. performance modules, supply chain modules or CRM modules. Unstructured data matching an organized data set from project and the search returns is integrated into the organized data set.

Claims

1. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information in a computer system with access to enterprise data collections and to non-enterprise data collections based upon a project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, the method comprising:

selecting primary search terms from said project specification;

expanding said primary search terms by content analysis and taxonomic analysis thereon and obtaining related secondary search terms;

applying contextual analysis to said primary and said secondary search terms and generating a plurality of search string parameters;

searching said enterprise data collections and said non-enterprise data collections with said search string parameters and respectively locating enterprise documents and non-enterprise documents related thereto;

ascertaining one or more ownership characteristics of said project specification by comparison of (a) said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data and (b) said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data;

assigning one or more intellectual property classifications to said project specification at least partly based upon said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data.

2. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 including

modifying said search string parameters to maximize one or both of said ownership characteristics of said project specification or said intellectual property classifications.

3. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 2 wherein

said modification includes

modifying said project specification, descriptive functions, characteristics or objectives and

repeating the selecting of primary terms, expanding for secondary terms, applying for generation of search parameters, searching, ascertaining ownership and assigning intellectual property classifications.

4. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 3 wherein

said modifying includes

a comparison of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data with said project specification, descriptive functions, characteristics or objectives.

5. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 wherein

said ascertaining ownership includes

a comparison of said project specification and said one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, said primary and secondary terms and said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data, and includes

source labeling or tagging said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data.

6. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 5 wherein

said source labeling or tagging includes

identifying and assigning representative indicia of an author and an author'"'"'s enterprise affiliation for respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data.

7. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 6 wherein

said source labeling or tagging includes

multiple levels of identifying and assigning representative indicia.

8. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 wherein

said enterprise data collections includes

enterprise data collections of contractually associated enterprises and

ascertaining said ownership includes

ascertaining said ownership of enterprise-centric data and associated enterprise-centric data.

9. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 including

organizing, based upon a contextual protocol or a taxonomic protocol, at least one data set from (a) said primary and said secondary search terms, (b) said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data, and (c) said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data.

10. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 9 wherein the organized data set includes said primary and said secondary search terms, said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data, and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data;

the method including

labeling the organized data set with said one or more ownership characteristics,

wherein said primary search terms integrate said project specification into said organized data set with said ownership characteristic labels.

11. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 10 including

modifying said search string parameters to maximize one or both of said ownership characteristics of said project specification or said intellectual property classifications.

12. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 10 wherein

said contextual protocol includes

the use of primary search terms, secondary search terms and the proximal relationship therebetween in data from said enterprise and non-enterprise data collections.

13. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 10 wherein

said ascertaining ownership gives priority to higher contextually organized data or higher taxonomically organized data.

14. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 wherein

said ascertaining ownership and assigning intellectual property classifications results in respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data having one or more of:

overlapping ownership characteristics;

overlapping intellectual property classifications;

conflicting ownership characteristics;

or,

conflicting intellectual property classifications.

15. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 14 including

labeling or tagging said respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data with said ownership characteristics and said intellectual property classifications.

16. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 wherein

said assigning intellectual property classifications is further based upon said ownership characteristics.

17. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 16 wherein

said intellectual property classifications include trade secret designations, potential patent designations, trademark designations, copyright designations, and

said assigning intellectual property classifications includes

identifying and assigning representative indicia of an author and an author'"'"'s enterprise affiliation for respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data, and

further includes

assigning one or more multiple intellectual property classifications, overlapping intellectual property classifications, and conflicting intellectual property classifications onto said respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data and said project specifications based upon said representative author and enterprise affiliation indicia and said project specifications.

18. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 17 including

organizing said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data, and said project specifications including said one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives into a data set based upon one of contextual protocol or a taxonomic protocol and the assigned intellectual property classifications.

19. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 including:

obtaining tertiary or successive additional search terms by selecting primary and secondary search terms, expanding said primary and secondary terms by content analysis and taxonomic analysis, applying contextual analysis and searching with said search parameters.

20. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 wherein

said searching includes

obtaining one of excerpts or samples from the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents, and said incorporated non-enterprise data and

using said one of excerpts or samples during said ascertaining ownership and assigning intellectual property classifications.

23. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 1 wherein

said project specification is defined by said one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives and the selection of primary search terms employs said descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives,

the method including:

automatically removing common connective terms from said project specification during primary term selection;

optionally manually removing terms from said project specification during primary term selection;

expanding said primary search terms by either an automatic or a manual taxonomic analysis resulting in one or both of a hierarchal or an orthogonal expansion of said primary terms, said taxonomic analysis optionally incorporating a best fit selection of one of a plurality of predetermined taxonomic classification systems;

expanding said primary terms by either an automatic or a manual content analysis resulting in dictionary, definitional or thesaurus expansion of said primary terms, said content analysis being iteratively applied pre or post the expansion of said primary terms by said taxonomic analysis;

automatically applying said contextual analysis to said primary and secondary terms with an application of predetermined content-based ranges between (a) said primary terms and (b) between primary terms and content-related secondary terms; and

,

optionally manually removing primary and secondary terms from said search string.

24. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 23 including:

obtaining tertiary or successive additional search terms by

selecting primary and secondary search terms, expanding said primary and secondary terms by content analysis and taxonomic analysis, applying contextual analysis and searching with said search parameters.

22. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 21 wherein

said searching includes

identifying and assigning representative indicia of an author and an author'"'"'s enterprise affiliation for respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data.

25. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 22 including establishing at least one data management task associated with the ownership characteristics and the intellectual property classifications including one or more of:

setting and activating an update cycle task, said update cycle task iteratively involving selection of search terms, generation of search string parameters, expansion of terms, searching and reclassifying the intellectual property classifications and the ownership characteristics;

storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data;

or

storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data and permitting controlled access to the same for monetization of said project specification.

A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 25 wherein said at least one data management task includes storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data in accordance with either granular data control protocol or enterprise established trade secret protocol.

27. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 25 wherein said project specification includes at least affiliated outsource enterprise data for said enterprise.

28. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information in a computer system with access to enterprise data collections and to non-enterprise data collections based upon a project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, the system comprising:

means for selecting primary search terms from said project specification;

a search term expander generating secondary search terms by content analysis and taxonomic analysis on said primary search terms;

means for generating a plurality of search string parameters with the application of contextual analysis to said primary and said secondary search terms;

a search engine, coupled to said means for generating said search string parameters, searching said enterprise data collections and said non-enterprise data collections therewith and returning enterprise documents and respective incorporated enterprise data and non-enterprise documents and respective incorporated non-enterprise data;

means for ascertaining one or more ownership characteristics of said project specification by comparison of said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data; and

,

an intellectual property classification module assigning one or more intellectual property classifications to said project specification at least partly based upon said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data.

29. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 including

a maximization module to maximize one or both of said ownership characteristics of said project specification or said intellectual property classifications by modifying said search string parameters with said means for selecting, said search term expander and said means for generating said search string, and

said maximization module including

an iterative operator for said search engine, said means for ascertaining ownership and said intellectual property classification module;

and,

a comparator analyzing said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data with said project specification, descriptive functions, characteristics or objectives.

30. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 wherein

said means for ascertaining ownership includes

a comparator analyzing said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data with said project specification, descriptive functions, characteristics or objectives, and

said means for ascertaining ownership includes

a labeler or tagger for designating a respective source of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data, said labeler or tagger operatively coupled to said search engine to obtain the respective source information from the return data.

31. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 30 wherein

said return data includes authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation for respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data;

the source labeler or tagger includes

an authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labeler or tagger;

wherein said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data includes multiple levels of source and authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labels or tags.

32. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 wherein

said enterprise data collections includes

enterprise data collections of contractually associated enterprises and

said means for ascertaining ownership includes

means for ascertaining ownership of enterprise-centric data and associated enterprise-centric data.

33. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 including

a data set organizer for organizing, based upon a contextual protocol or a taxonomic protocol, at least one data set from one or more of the following:

said primary and said secondary search terms, said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data, and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data.

34. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 33 wherein

said data set organizer organizes said primary and said secondary search terms, said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data, and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data;

the system including

an ownership labeler or tagger for designating said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data, said labeler or tagger operatively coupled to said search engine to obtain the respective source information from the return data. labeling the organized data set with said one or more ownership characteristics,

wherein said primary search terms integrate said project specification into said organized data set with said ownership characteristic labels or tags.

35. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 34 including

a maximization module to maximize one or both of said ownership characteristics of said project specification or said intellectual property classifications by modifying said search string parameters with said means for selecting, said search term expander and said means for generating said search string, and

said maximization module including

an iterative operator for said search engine, said means for ascertaining ownership and said intellectual property classification module;

and,

a comparator analyzing said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data with said project specification, descriptive functions, characteristics or objectives.

36. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 33 wherein

said contextual protocol includes predetermined proximal relationships between primary search terms, secondary search terms and said incorporated enterprise data and incorporated non-enterprise data.

37. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 33 wherein

said means for ascertaining ownership is coupled to said data set organizer and

said means for ascertaining ownership includes

a prioritization module giving priority to higher contextually organized data or higher taxonomically organized data in said data set.

38. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 wherein

said means for ascertaining ownership and intellectual property classification module respectively include:

an ownership labeler or tagger and an intellectual property classifications labeler or tagger for designating said project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, and said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data, with one or more respective;

overlapping ownership labels or tags;

overlapping intellectual property classification labels or tags;

conflicting ownership labels or tags;

or,

conflicting intellectual property classification labels or tags.

39. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 wherein

said intellectual property classification module and said means for ascertaining ownership operates on said project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, and said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data, and,

said intellectual property classification module employs ownership characteristics from said means for ascertaining ownership in the assignment of said intellectual property classifications on said project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, and said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data.

40. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 39 wherein

said return data from said search engine includes authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation for respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data;

said intellectual property classifications include trade secret designations, potential patent designations, trademark designations, copyright designations, and

the system includes

an authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labeler or tagger coupled to said search engine wherein said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data respectively include authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labels or tags;

said intellectual property classification module includes an intellectual property classification labeler or tagger; and

wherein

one or more multiple intellectual property classifications, overlapping intellectual property classifications, and conflicting intellectual property classifications are imposed onto said respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data and said project specifications based upon said representative author and enterprise affiliation indicia and said project specifications.

41. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 40 including

a data set organizer for organizing, based upon a contextual protocol or a taxonomic protocol, said primary and said secondary search terms, said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data, and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data and said one or more multiple intellectual property classifications.

42. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 including

an iterative operator for said search engine, the selecting means, said search term expander and means for generating said search string parameters wherein

said search term expander generates tertiary or successive additional search terms used by said search engine.

43. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 wherein

said search engine includes

an excerpting module obtaining one of excerpts or samples from the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents, and said incorporated non-enterprise data and

said means for ascertaining ownership and intellectual property classification modules respectively use said one of excerpts or samples for said ownership characteristics and said intellectual property classifications.

44. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 43 wherein

said search engine includes

a match comparator for said search string parameters and said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data.

45. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 44 wherein

said search engine includes

an authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labeler or tagger wherein the returned enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data respectively include authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labels or tags.

46. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 28 wherein

said project specification is defined by said one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives and

said means for selecting includes selection of primary search terms from said descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives,

the system including:

means for automatically removing common connective terms from said project specification during primary term selection;

means for optionally manually removing terms from said project specification during primary term selection;

means for expanding said primary search terms by either an automatic or a manual taxonomic analysis resulting in one or both of a hierarchal or an orthogonal expansion of said primary terms, said taxonomic analysis optionally incorporating a best fit selection of one of a plurality of predetermined taxonomic classification systems;

means for expanding said primary terms by either an automatic or a manual content analysis resulting in dictionary, definitional or thesaurus expansion of said primary terms, said content analysis being iteratively applied pre or post the expansion of said primary terms by said taxonomic analysis;

means for automatically applying said contextual analysis to said primary and secondary terms with an application of predetermined content-based ranges between (a) said primary terms and (b) between primary terms and content-related secondary terms; and

,

means for optionally manually removing primary and secondary terms from said search string.

47. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 46 including:

an iterative operator for said search engine, the selecting means, said search term expander and means for generating said search string parameters wherein

said search term expander generates tertiary or successive additional search terms used by said search engine.

48. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 45 including:

a data task manager coupled to said means for ascertaining the ownership characteristics and said intellectual property classification module, said data task manager including one or more of;

an iterative operator, coupled to said means for selecting, said term expander, said means for generating and said search engine, for activating an update cycle task iteratively involving selection of search terms, generation of search string parameters, expansion of terms, searching and reclassifying said intellectual property classifications and said ownership characteristics;

a storage module for storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data;

or

a storage with controlled access module for storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data and permitting controlled access to the same for monetization of said project specification.

49. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 48 wherein said data task manager includes said storage with controlled access module for storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data and permitting controlled access to the same for monetization of said project specification and said storage with controlled access module permits access in accordance with either granular data control protocol or enterprise established trade secret protocol.

50. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 49 wherein said project specification includes at least affiliated outsource enterprise data for said enterprise.

A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information in a computer system with access to enterprise data collections and to non-enterprise data collections based upon a project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, the method comprising:

selecting primary search terms from said project specification;

expanding said primary search terms by one or more of a content analysis, a taxonomic analysis and a contextual analysis and obtaining related secondary search terms and a plurality of search string parameters;

searching said enterprise data collections and said non-enterprise data collections with said search string parameters and respectively locating enterprise documents and non-enterprise documents which respectively have incorporated enterprise data and incorporated non-enterprise data which match said search string parameters;

ascertaining one or more ownership characteristics of said project specification by comparison of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data to said project specification; and

assigning one or more intellectual property classifications to said project specification at least partly based upon said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data.

52. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information in a computer system with access to enterprise data collections and to non-enterprise data collections based upon a project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, the system comprising:

means for selecting primary search terms from said project specification;

a search term expander generating secondary search terms by one or more of a content analysis, a taxonomic analysis and a contextual analysis and generating a plurality of search string parameters therewith;

a search engine, coupled to said means for generating said search string parameters, searching said enterprise data collections and said non-enterprise data collections therewith and returning enterprise documents and respective incorporated enterprise data and non-enterprise documents and respective incorporated non-enterprise data;

means for ascertaining one or more ownership characteristics of said project specification by comparison of said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data to said project specification; and

,

an intellectual property classification module assigning one or more intellectual property classifications to said project specification at least partly based upon said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data.

53. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information in a computer system with access to enterprise data collections and to non-enterprise data collections based upon a project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, the method comprising:

selecting primary search terms from said project specification;

expanding said primary search terms by one or more of a content analysis, a taxonomic analysis and a contextual analysis and obtaining related secondary search terms and a plurality of search string parameters;

searching said enterprise data collections and said non-enterprise data collections with said search string parameters and locating enterprise documents and non-enterprise documents respectively having incorporated enterprise data and non-enterprise data therein, which match said search string parameters;

organizing, based upon a contextual protocol or a taxonomic protocol, at least one data set from said primary and said secondary search terms, said enterprise documents and incorporated enterprise data, and said non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data;

establishing data management tasks associated with the organized data set including at least an update cycle task, said update cycle task iteratively involving selection of search terms, generation of search string parameters, expansion of terms, searching and reorganizing; and

,

processing unstructured enterprise specific data not otherwise located in said enterprise data collections and said non-enterprise data collections by searching said unstructured data with said search string parameters and locating matching data therein and integrating the same into said organized data set.

54. A computerized method of identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 53 including:

means for expanding said primary terms by either an automatic or a manual content analysis resulting in dictionary, definitional or thesaurus expansion of said primary terms, said content analysis being iteratively applied pre or post the expansion of said primary terms by said taxonomic analysis;

said intellectual property classification module employs ownership characteristics from said means for ascertaining ownership in the assignment of said intellectual property classifications on said project specification including one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives, and said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data.

117. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured data as claimed in claim 116 wherein

the return data from said search engine includes authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation for respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data;

said intellectual property classifications include trade secret designations, potential patent designations, trademark designations, copyright designations, and

the system includes

an authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labeler or tagger coupled to said search engine wherein said enterprise documents, incorporated enterprise data, non-enterprise documents and incorporated non-enterprise data respectively include authorship and authorship enterprise affiliation labels or tags;

said intellectual property classification module includes an intellectual property classification labeler or tagger; and

wherein

one or more multiple intellectual property classifications, overlapping intellectual property classifications, and conflicting intellectual property classifications are imposed onto said respective ones of said enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data and said project specifications based upon said representative author and enterprise affiliation indicia and said project specifications.

118. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured data as claimed in claim 110 wherein

said project specification is defined by said one or more descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives and

said means for selecting includes selection of primary search terms from said descriptive functions, characteristics and objectives,

the system including:

means for automatically removing common connective terms from said project specification during primary term selection;

means for optionally manually removing terms from said project specification during primary term selection;

means for expanding said primary search terms by either an automatic or a manual taxonomic analysis resulting in one or both of a hierarchal or an orthogonal expansion of said primary terms, said taxonomic analysis optionally incorporating a best fit selection of one of a plurality of predetermined taxonomic classification systems;

means for expanding said primary terms by either an automatic or a manual content analysis resulting in dictionary, definitional or thesaurus expansion of said primary terms, said content analysis being iteratively applied pre or post the expansion of said primary terms by said taxonomic analysis;

means for automatically applying said contextual analysis to said primary and secondary terms with an application of predetermined content-based ranges between (a) said primary terms and (b) between primary terms and content-related secondary terms; and

,

means for optionally manually removing primary and secondary terms from said search string.

119. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 116 including:

a data task manager coupled to said means for ascertaining the ownership characteristics and said intellectual property classification module, said data task manager including one or more of;

an iterative operator, coupled to said means for selecting, said term expander, and said search engine, for activating an update cycle task iteratively involving selection of search terms, generation of search string parameters, expansion of terms, searching and reclassifying said intellectual property classifications and said ownership characteristics;

a storage module for storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data based upon one or both of said ownership characteristics or said intellectual property classification;

or

a storage with controlled access module for storing said project specification and the located enterprise documents, said incorporated enterprise data, said non-enterprise documents and said incorporated non-enterprise data based upon one or both of said ownership characteristics or said intellectual property classification and permitting controlled access to the same for monetization of said project specification.

An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 119 wherein said data task manager includes said storage with controlled access module and said storage with controlled access module permits access in accordance with either granular data control protocol or enterprise established trade secret protocol.

121. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 116 wherein said project specification includes at least affiliated outsource enterprise data for said enterprise.

122. An information processing system for identifying and classifying unstructured information as claimed in claim 116 including:

an unstructured data input module for one or more enterprise customers or other interested parties or persons, said unstructured data input module coupled to said unstructured data processor for matching the unstructured data input from one or more enterprise customers or other interested parties or persons to said search string parameters.
