Abstract

A body supplement and method for improving blood flow, muscle chemistry and/or the oxygenation of muscles, said supplement including cinchona bark or quinine in the range of approximately 0.0010 grams and 4.0 grams per dosage.

Claims

1. A body supplement for improving blood flow, balance muscle chemistry and/or the oxygenation of muscles, said supplement comprising:

cinchona bark in the range of approximately 0.0010 grams and 4.0 grams per dosage.

2. The supplement of claim 1, wherein the dosage is between approximately 0.10 and 0.80 grams.

3. The supplement of claim 1, wherein the dosage between approximately 0.300 grams to 0.600 grams and the dosage is proportional to an associated user'"'"'s muscle mass.

4. The supplement of claim 1, further comprising between 200 mg and 350 mg of quinine or quinine Alkaloids.

5. The supplement of claim 4, further comprising at least one of calcium, manganese, vitamin E wheat germ oil, potassium, potassium chloride, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, fish oil, flaxseed oil, borage oil, omega 3 fatty acids, and magnesium.

6. The supplement of claim 1, further comprising at least one of calcium, manganese, vitamin E wheat germ oil, potassium, potassium chloride, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, fish oil, flaxseed oil, borage oil, omega 3 fatty acids, and magnesium.

7. The supplement of claim 1, further comprising at least one of vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, zinc, chromium, sodium, alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentagnoic acid, docosahesaenoic acid, gamma linolenic acid, and caffeine.

8. The supplement of claim 1, further comprising between 400 mg and 1200 mg of calcium, between 5 mg and 25 mg of manganese and between 300 mg and 600 mg of magnesium. vitamin

9. The supplement of claim 8, further comprising at least one of E, wheat germ oil, potassium, niacin, vitamin B6 and caffeine.

10. A method of balancing muscle chemistry in the body including the steps of:

providing a dosage of a supplement for improving blood flow and the oxygenation of muscles and said dosage comprising an effective amount of cinchona bark;

administering said dosage a set time before a particular physical activity; and

,

performing a physical activity.

11. The method of claim 10 wherein said effective amount of cinchona bark is approximately 0.0010 grams and 4.0 grams.

12. The method of claim 10 wherein said effective amount of cinchona bark is approximately 0.10 grams and 0.50 grams.

13. The method of claim 10 wherein said set time before said physical activity is less than 1 hour.

14. The method of claim 10 wherein said set time before said physical activity is approximately ½

hour.

15. The method of claim 10 wherein said providing a dosage is providing a first dosage and said effective amount is a first effective amount, said method further including the steps of providing a second dosage of a supplement for improving blood flow and the oxygenation of muscles and said second dosage comprising a second effective amount of cinchona bark, and administering said second dosage during said performing of said physical activity.

16. The method of claim 15 wherein said second effective amount of cinchona bark is approximately 0.10 grams and 1.5 grams.

17. The method of claim 16 wherein said second effective amount is less than said first effective amount.

18. The method of claim 15 further including the steps of providing a third dosage having a third effective amount of a supplement for improving muscle chemistry including cinchona bark, and administering said third dosage a set time after said performing of said physical activity.

19. The method of claim 18 wherein said set after said physical activity is less than ½

hour.

20. The method of claim 18 wherein said third effective amount of cinchona bark is approximately 0.15 grams and 1.5 grams.

21. The method of claim 18 wherein at least one of said first and second dosages is a plurality of first and second dosages.

22. The method of claim 10 wherein said dosage includes between 0.10 grams of cinchona bark, between 400 mg and 1200 mg of calcium, between 5 mg and 25 mg of manganese and between 300 mg and 600 mg of magnesium.

23. The method of claim 22, wherein said dosage further includes at least one of vitamin E, wheat germ oil, potassium, niacin, vitamin B6 and caffeine.

24. A method of balancing the chemistry of a muscle in the body including the steps of:

providing a physical activity kit, said kit having at least a first and a second dosage of an effective amount of a supplement for improving blood flow and the oxygenation of muscles, said first and second dosages each having a first and a second effective amount of cinchona bark;

administering said dosage a set time before a particular physical activity; and

,

performing a physical activity.

25. The method of claim 24 wherein said kit includes a plurality of individual compartments separating said first and second dosages.

26. The method of claim 24 wherein said kit includes at least of a first and a second liquid container packaged together.

27. The method of claim 24 wherein said kit includes a third dosage of an effective amount of a supplement for improving blood flow and the oxygenation of muscles including an effective amount of cinchona bark.
