an alignment tube guide connected to the support.

13. A method for aligning an acetabulum prosthesis axis, comprising:

providing an acetabulum surgical resurfacing aid, comprising; a body conformed to fit an acetabulum of a patient, wherein a portion of the body is further conformed to fit an acetabular fossa of the patient; one or more arms extending outward from the body and configured to fit the surface of the acetabulum; and a tube guide extending from the body beyond the acetabulum, wherein the tube guide defines an axis parallel to a planned acetabular prosthesis axis; placing the acetabulum surgical resurfacing aid in position in an acetabulum of the patient; and inserting a guide rod through the tube guide and into a pelvis of the patient. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19)
