- a. providing a cellular telephone capable of transmitting to at least two cellular towers,b. causing said cellular towers to determine whether said cellular phone is moving,c. causing said cellular towers to transmit a signal to said telephone indicating movement, andd. causing said cellular phone to disable itself in response to said signal.
