An adaptive management method for a wireless communication network comprising a base station and wireless relay stations, the method being applied in a wireless communication network group comprising a base station and wireless relay stations subordinated to the base station, and the method comprising the following steps of:
- (a) a management node in the wireless communication network group constructing a wireless network topology information structure of the group;
(b) the management node updating the wireless network topology information of the group when a network topology relationship of the wireless communication network group changes;
(c) the management node utilizing the wireless network topology information of the group and a corresponding strategy to manage wireless relay stations and mobile terminals subordinated to the management node.
