1. A method for electronic trading, comprising:
- receiving one or more selection inputs on a trading application on a target device with one or more processors for one of a plurality of available aggregate book view/ask bid volume (ABV) windows available on a multi-window graphical user interface (GUI) to display one or more of a plurality of dynamic columns in a three-dimensional (3D) display mode on the plurality of ABV windows,wherein the plurality of available ABV windows include a plurality of dynamic columns for entering and displaying electronic trading information including a dynamic price column, a dynamic bid column and a dynamic ask column, wherein prices for electronic trading instruments or contracts are displayed in the dynamic price column in market depth format,wherein the dynamic price column is dynamically, continuously and automatically re-centered upon a current lasted traded price in the ABV window,wherein the dynamic bid column is dynamically, continuously and automatically re-centered upon a last traded or best bid, andwherein the dynamic ask column is dynamically, continuously and automatically re-centered upon a last traded or best ask;
receiving continuously one or more sets of electronic trading information via the trading application from one or more electronic trading exchanges via a communications network in the ABV window in the one or more selected dynamic columns displayed in the 3D display mode;
automatically executing one or more electronic trades via the trading application on an appropriate electronic trading exchange from the ABV window using the received electronic trading information displayed in the one or more selected dynamic columns displayed in the 3D display mode; and
displaying results from any automatic execution of any electronic trade on the ABV window in the one or more selected dynamic columns displayed in the 3D display mode.
