Abstract

Described here is a rectangular, parallelepiped shaped, portable cooking device that consists of a rigid Stand, with attached lid and flaps, that supports multiple food heating containers. A dual purpose transport case/cooking cover, made of heat resistant materials, is a key feature to the design utility by securely transporting the device and acting as a heat efficiency Cover during the food heating process. When used in conjunction with the Stand flaps and lids, this Cover provides many innovations over prior art by preventing heat escape and weather intrusion. Various burner and fuel devices ( i.e.: Sterno, Propane, Electric, Coal, Wood . . . ) can be used to provide the heat for this device. The combination of these multi-functional components, in a single compact, portable, modular unit provide significant improvements over current conventional devices by offering multiple options for food heating and serving with increased efficiency in space usage, heat efficiency and transportability.

Claims

1. ) An improved, rectangular, parallelepiped shaped cooking device, comprising of a rigid stand, wherein a means for system of air flow control of multiple lid and flap components, that connect to the Stand, to serve as a means to provide heat efficiency options for food heating and serving.

2. ) The device of claim 1 further comprising of a Stand that supports multiple inter-fitting food heating containers positioned above a variety of heat source options.

3. ) The device of claim 2 further comprising of food container handles that consists essentially of rods with a bent loop at the end of the rod that rotate up and down through the holes in the corners of the container'"'"'s top rim.

4. ) The device of claim 2 further comprising of a dual purpose means for a Transport Case that also provides the utility of a Heat Efficiency Cover, to consist essentially of heat resistant materials and a means of fastening devices for connecting Cover parts together in various optional positions.

5. ) The device of claim 4 that comprises a rigid Stand a means for system of air flow control with a set of flaps and lids can be positioned in conjunction to another set of corresponding flaps of the heat resistant Cover to allow accessibility to the heat source within the unit, from any or all sides of the device.

6. ) The device of claim 5 comprising a means for system of air flow control wherein the flaps on the Stand and the flaps of the heat resistant Cover can be positioned in conjunction to one another, to provide various options of air flow and draft to the unit from any or all sides of the device.

7. ) The device of claim 6 comprising of a means for system of air flow control wherein the Stand and corresponding heat resistant Cover flaps can be positioned in conjunction to one another to provide various options to regulate temperature and prevent heat loss from various environmental conditions.

8. ) The device of claim 7 that comprises a means for a combination of multi-functional tools and containers, in a single compact, portable, modular unit offering functional innovations for improved options in food serving with increased efficiency in space usage, heat retention and portability.
