applying a first carbon nanotube composite layer on a surface of the first substrate to obtain a first electrode plate;
applying a second carbon nanotube composite layer on a surface of the second substrate to obtain a second electrode plate; and
assembling the first and second electrode plates.

18. A method of fabricating a touch panel, comprising:

providing a first substrate, a second substrate, a insulating layer and a plurality of dot spacers; applying a first carbon nanotube composite layer on a surface of the first substrate to obtain a first electrode plate; affixing the insulating layer on a periphery of the first electrode plate; placing the dot spacers on the first electrode plate; disposing at least one first electrode on the first electrode plate along a first direction; applying a second carbon nanotube composite layer on a surface of the first substrate to obtain a second electrode plate; disposing at least one second electrode on the second electrode plate along a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; and assembling the first and second electrode plates so that the first and second electrodes, the insulating layer and the dot spacers are located between the first and second electrode plates.
