Systems and Methods of Detection and Allowing Access of Transmission Facilities
First Claim
1. A system for discriminating transmissions facility usage in an area, said system comprising:
- at least one detector unit for detecting a transmission of said transmissions facility;
an identification unit in communication with said at least one detector unit for;
receiving at least one of the detected transmissions; and
identifying a unique characteristic of said transmissions facility; and

Abstract
A method of detecting a transmitting device within a facility is disclosed. The method involves detecting the transmitting device of a wireless transmission detection facility; communicating signal information relating to the detected transmitting device to a central unit where the detected transmitting device is identified; determining whether the detected transmitting device is allowed within the facility and providing instruction to a transmitting device to interfere with the detected transmitting device when the detected transmitting device is not allowed in the facility and providing instructions and methodologies when the detected transmitting device is allowed in the facility.

13. A system comprising:
-
at least one frequency transmission unit located at least an ingress point of each of a plurality of selected areas within a facility; at least one receiving unit; a processor in communication with each of said at least one frequency transmission units and at least one receiving unit and in communication with a memory, the memory including code which when accessed by the processor causes the processor to; receive information from each of said at least one receiving units, said information including identification information associated with a transmission device; extract from said identification information at least one unique identification characteristic associated with said transmission device; determine whether said extracted identification characteristic is among a list of at least one corresponding identification characteristic; and provide instruction to selected ones of said at least one frequency transmission units when said extracted identification characteristic is not included in said list of at least one corresponding identification characteristic, wherein said instruction causes said frequency transmission unit to generate a signal to interfere with subsequent transmissions from said transmission device. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16)
