1. A reachability realization server that realizes reachability from a service-providing server held by a service-providing first user to a second user, comprising:
- a real-address-information receiving section that receives real-address information, which is capable of contacting therethrough to the second user, from a second terminal used by the second user;
a service-provider storage section that stores therein server-identification information, which is capable of identifying at least one service-providing server, in association with service-identification information that is capable of identifying a plurality of services;
a post-conversion-address-information generation section that generates post-conversion-address information, which the first user cannot specify, and which corresponds to said real-address information received by said real-address-information receiving section and said service-identification information; and
a retrieval section that retrieves said real-address information of the second user based on said post-conversion address information received from said service-providing server.

the reachability realization server receives, from a second user terminal used by the second user, real-address information that is ca sable of contacting therethrough to the second user; the reachability realization server generates, based on said received real-address information, post-conversion-address information through which the first user cannot specify said real-address information; the reachability realization server stores said post-conversion-address in an address-information storage section in association with the second server; the reachability realization server, upon receiving an access request including said post-address information from a first user terminal used by the first user, extracts said real-address information corresponding to said post-conversion-address information included in said received access request from said address-information storage section; the reachability realization server updates the information stored in said address-information storage section based on said extracted update-process information and said post-conversion-address information included in said received event information; and the reachability realization server judges, based on the information stored in said real-address-information storage section, access acceptance or rejection with respect to said access request from the first use to the second user.
