A user interface for use with a device having a display and a controller, said display being configured to display a portion of content, said content being related to an application which application said controller is configured to execute and said content comprising an object, said controller being further configured to receive touch input and determine whether said received touch input represents a scrolling action or an object specific action according to an originating location of said touch input in relation to said content.
