1. A computer-readable medium containing instructions to configure a processor to perform a method, the method comprising:
- generating an animation by selecting one or more clips including a plurality of frames, the clips configured to include a first state representing an introduction, a second state representing an action, and a third state representing an exit, the first state and the third state each including substantially the same frame, such that an object appears in the same position in each of the same frames; and
providing the generated cartoon for presentation at a user interface.

The subject matter disclosed herein provides methods and apparatus, including computer program products, for generating animations in real-time. In one aspect there is provided a method. The method may include generating an animation by selecting one or more clips, the clips configured to include a first state representing an introduction, a second state representing an action, and a third state representing an exit, the first state and the third state including the substantially the same frame, such that the character appears in the same position in the frame and providing the generated animation for presentation at a user interface. Related systems, apparatus, methods, and/or articles are also described.
