establishing videoconferencing between the plurality of users in response to the user input.

providing a plurality of images on one or more displays, wherein the one or more displays are co-located at a first location; wherein at least a subset of the images comprise a current image of the respective user at his/her respective workstation, if the user is currently present at his/her respective workstation. wherein one or more of the images in the array of images indicate that the corresponding user is busy or wishes not to be disturbed wherein at least one of the images corresponds to a user in a remote location from the first location; wherein each image indicates availability of a user for a videoconference.
