Abstract

The present invention relates to a foldable picture-taking device with scanning function including a picture-taking main body, a connecting module, and a supporting base module, wherein one end of the picture-taking main body is linked with a first revolving device and the supporting base module is linked with a second revolving device. The whole body can provide a support while taking the pictures and a convenient angle adjustment. While not being used it can be folded and carried conveniently and let the lens have a very good protection. The present invention is further cooperated with a scanning-system-software to have scanning and picture-taking functions through the connection between signal connecting interface in the picture-taking device and computer.

Claims

1. A foldable picture-taking device with scanning function including a picture-taking main body, a connecting module, and a supporting base module, in which one end of the picture-taking main body is linked with a first revolving device and the supporting base module is linked with a second revolving device;

wherein the main body is including a front cover, a rear cover, and a lens device located in between the front cover and rear cover, the front cover is mounted with a lens turning key, a lens hole and a signal connection interface, and the lens device is connected with the front cover, the connecting module is a box-cover shaped device including a base plate and two side strips having a corresponding opening in the end of each side strip and including the same structured first revolving device and second revolving device, and the supporting base module is including a base front cover, a base clamp, a base clamp counter weight and a base rear cover, wherein one side of the base clamp is passing through the opening and screw-connected with the base front cover, and the other side is passing through the base clamp counter weight and screw-connected with the base rear cover, and the base clamp counter weight is screw-connected with the base rear cover.

2. A foldable picture-taking device with scanning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lens device is including a circuit board and a lens with the lens fixed on the circuit board and a lens passing through the lens hole of front cover.

A foldable picture-taking device with scanning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lens device is including further a LED device with a LED lamp, a LED lamp switch, a light guide, and a LED lamp switching button, the LED lamp and LED lamp switch are fixed on the circuit board and the lens switching button and the light guide are passing through the front cover.

4. A foldable picture-taking device with scanning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first revolving device and second revolving device are all including a connecting body, a spring washer and a hole-plug.

5. A foldable picture-taking device with scanning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the signal connection interface can connect with a signal connection interface in the computer and cooperate with a scanning-system-software.
