Abstract
A urinary incontinence treatment apparatus comprises a restriction device implantable in a patient, for engaging the urethra or urine bladder to form a restricted urine passageway in the urethra or urine bladder. The restriction device is operable by an implantable operation device to change the restriction of the urine passageway.
