At least one integral anchor, attached directly to the inflatable balloon on a second surface, said anchor adapted to connect to or within the abdominal wall deep to the subcutaneous layer to hold the first surface of the inflatable balloon against the stomach when the inflatable balloon is inflated to induce satiety in a patient.

Deformable or inflatable anchors with a connector between are used to pull the walls of the organ together, or to implant devices in the wall of the organ.
