a processing circuit configured to receive a request to make a payment from a mobile computing device via a wireless communication, to select a supplier identifier from the memory based on the request, to generate a message comprising the supplier identifier, transaction amount, and a user identifier identifying a user of the mobile computing device, and to transmit the transaction message to a server associated with an entity which processes a transaction based on the transaction message.

The processing circuit is configured to receive a request to make a payment from a mobile computing device via a wireless communication, to select a supplier identifier from the memory based on the request, to generate a message comprising the supplier identifier, transaction amount, and a user identifier identifying a user of the mobile computing device, and to transmit the transaction message to a server associated with an entity which processes a transaction based on the transaction message.
