Abstract

A method may include dispensing a dose of an inhalable compound according to a dosing instruction set; and maintaining a hands-free article for dispensing the inhalable compound in an operable dispensing position.

Claims

1. A method for administering an inhalable compound, comprising:

dispensing for inhalation by a user a dose of an inhalable compound according to a dosing instruction set;

maintaining in physical association with the user a hands-free article for dispensing the inhalable compound in an operable dispensing position; and

supporting a hands-free aerosol delivery system on the body of a mammal.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein supporting a hands-free aerosol delivery system on the body of a mammal comprises:

disposing the hands-free aerosol delivery system substantially around a portion of the body of a mammal.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein disposing the hands-free aerosol delivery system substantially around a portion of the body of a mammal comprises:

encircling a neck portion of the body of a mammal with a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device.

4. The method of claim 2, wherein disposing the hands-free aerosol delivery system substantially around a portion of the body of a mammal comprises:

encircling a limb portion of the body of a mammal with a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device.

5. The method of claim 2, wherein disposing the hands-free aerosol delivery system substantially around a portion of the body of a mammal comprises:

encircling a torso portion of the body of a mammal with a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device.

6. The method of claim 2, wherein disposing the hands-free aerosol delivery system substantially around a portion of the body of a mammal comprises:

encircling a head portion of the body of a mammal with a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device

7. The method of claim 2, wherein disposing the hands-free aerosol delivery system substantially around a portion of the body of a mammal comprises:

connecting a first end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device to a second end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device while creating an encirclement about the body part of a mammal.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein connecting a first end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device to a second end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device while creating an encirclement about the body part of a mammal comprises:

connecting the first end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device to the second end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device via a magnet.

9. The method of claim 7, wherein connecting a first end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device to a second end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device while creating an encirclement about the body part of a mammal comprises:

connecting the first end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device to the second end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device via a hook.

10. The method of claim 7, wherein connecting a first end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device to a second end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device while creating an encirclement about the body part of a mammal comprises:

connecting the first end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device to the second end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device via a snap connection.

11. The method of claim 7, wherein connecting a first end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device to a second end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device while creating an encirclement about the body part of a mammal comprises:

connecting the first end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device to the second end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device via a threaded connection.

12. The method of claim 7, wherein connecting a first end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device to a second end of a support member of a hands-free aerosol delivery device while creating an encirclement about the body part of a mammal comprises:

connecting the first end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device to the second end of a support member of the hands-free aerosol delivery device via a belt-like connection.
